lost 3lbs this over the past week. Need to drop 4lbs a week until fall semester starts. Lost the 3lb with only calorie restrictions, tomorrow the work out regime starts!

Anyone taking Summer Classes? I've been hitting the Gym religiously everyday after my 11:20 class..I used to go with my roommate but he's not enrolled with in the Summer session so he no longer can go...anyone looking for a workout partner? I usually stay til at least 1:30pm...do 30-40min of cardio then do Shoulders/Legs/Arms/Legs/Chest M/T/W/Th/F I tend to lift more when I've got someone pushing/spotting

yesterday i walked 2 miles carrying about 25 pounds of laundry...today i worked out back(deadlift, etc etc etc)...first time i've lifted weights since october...i also walked to foodlion yesterday and will be walking there today probably[Edited on June 3, 2008 at 2:35 PM. I ruck-jogged 5 miles in the mid-day heat with pants, combat boots, two shirts, LBE, kevlar and a 45 pound pack. When I got home, I did 75 pull-ups, then did my biceps and triceps (curls and tricep extension). I am gonna finish it off with 350 situps before bed.[Edited on June 3, 2008 at 9:24 PM. Reason : gh]

I've been doing pushups each day this month, at least 50 each time, nose to ground, then all the way back up. Last night I got to 56, only 44 more to go to get to 100!

I'm not doing a split right now, unless you count where I do more snatch dominant vs clean dominant days. I just mix in some form of cardio and active recovery on my off days.

It pays to be a Gold's Gym member if you travel a lot.^^^I was referring to doing sprints the day after doing squats. Both of those are very quad/glute/ham intensive.
