I like One King's Lane a lot. I think that site is a lot less stuffy than Joss & Main, and it's rather affordable items. They get more quirky items on One Kings Lane as well. If you have pets, there's always lots of fun little sales for them too.

Does anyone have an invite? Or do they not do that for Birchbox? I'm interested and would love to sign up.

^ I think it depends on the color palate that dominates your wardrobe. I'd go charcoal, but that's only because of my wardrobe. The purple is pretty!

I also bought the black jacket you got last week...

So I worry the charcoal would be too close to make a difference.

I need a longer peacoat. My coat now stops at my waist, like those above, and it's really not flattering on me.

Me too!

Being petite, I need coats that hit at the waist rather than mid-thigh.

Minka, something like these?

I was just trying to start a conversation. I like the standards, like lavender and vanilla or rose hips, but I wanted to do something different. I really like cinnamon, but I don't know what to pair it with

basenotes.net provides a breakdown of the fragrances in most perfumes, you could search there then try to recreate or at least get an idea of what scents pair well

i wouldn't want to go around smelling like a pumpkin pie all day but that's just mho

Lol I love the smell of pumpkin pie and also my caramel coffee. If I could just bottle that up and wear as perfume I would. Plus an observation I made last weekend but, my boyfriend always compliments me on how I smell after baking all day

Who knew smelling like chocolate cupcakes would get me laid

apparently men are very attracted to the smell of vanilla and that's used in most baking

I feel lame for even asking this but can someone explain to me, why is it that after a vaginal orgasm I am too sensitive inside? It is too much stimulation.

I love vanilla when it is combined with something less cloying. On its own it is just too sweet.

I cannot speak to vaginal vs. clitoral orgasms and sensitivity, but I can talk about sensitivity in general after orgasm. During foreplay the genitals become engorged with blood and you're waking up all of these nerve endings. Immediately after orgasm, you're still flush with blood and all of these nerve endings are wide awake and have yet to calm down. Basically everything is ON, making even a little stimulation too much.

It's extremely normal for men and women to be very sensitive to the touch after orgasm. I know that I pretty emphatically don't want my clitoris to be touched after I come (penetration isn't so much a problem). Multiple orgasms are all fine and dandy, but I really just want the touching to stop. It's not that it is exactly painful, it's just as you said too much.

glad you ladies like the website/find it useful!

^i too have that problem, but sometimes it's fun to push through the 'too much' sensation and keep things going, but yes i do agree that it's completely normal and a common thing post orgasm

I'm gonna spend a whole week in vegas, but with people who like to look like bums. what do i wear, Erica?

^ Look like bums... like, just jeans and tees, 24/7?

You can do some rock star jean + tee + boot combos.

What all will you do in Vegas? Casinos? Night clubs? Fine dining? Great shows?

casinos, maybe a show or two, a fine dinner or two, i hope. we're staying on freemont street for a couple of days and then the north end of the strip. I'm going with my husbands parents who enjoy gambling but are otherwise kinda stingy and don't speak english, so I really don't know what to expect.

I like mine, but not enough to make someone stand in a huge line for me. Charm bracelets are kind of a thing for my family, and mike's family is all about pandoras. His mom really wanted me to have one and Ive grown to really love it. I dont care for just filling it up with pointless beads, i want mine to have meaning, which is why mine only has like 4 beads right now.

learned something: I didn't even know they were meant to be like charm bracelets (which makes sense in my head now--while I'm not I know charm bracelets are def huge with some people)
So each bead has a design like a charm would? Or are some just pretty colors?
And what about the necklaces? Are they also to be built upon like a charm bracelet would?

I dont know anything about the necklaces. Some beads are just colorful and supposed to be decorative. I have a cupcake because i like to bake cupcakes, a kitty cuz i love mah kitty, a cruise ship from our honeymoon, and one that is green with shamrocks cuz my birthday is in march.
