^why I'd never

Also I don't have Kegan, my awesome Raleigh hairdresser, to do my hair anymore. I'm not going to let some random hoe cut my hair that short.

I was thinking about this one. Maybe I can make a special trip to Raleigh for my birthday or something.

My face is not fat Erica. I am aware you don't like my haircut. No need to be a bitch about it.

You should go to atomic salon if you make a trip to Raleigh for the cut. They do awesome things.

^^^ I've heard good things about atomic salon. I think Kegan is still at Alter Ego. I wonder if it would be awkward going back to him, since he deleted as a facebook friend after I left Raleigh. I could probably find someone in Charlotte that is awesome as well. Guess I should start reading reviews online.

^ Thanks, I'm thinking hard about it, but my manager had hers cut similar to this a few months ago. Don't want to be copying anyone's style.

Yes, I believe this to be the case. I kinda had a feeling it would be, but I figured I'd try it since it's like 15 bucks cheaper than the Lunette cup I was looking at. I'm gonna give it a go for a few more cycles, since I already paid for it and I hate wasting money. But my vag is still a little sore and it has been like four days since I wore it. I think once I get the hang of it, it'll be better.

Okay, now ignore this post and continue your hair talk.

agreed. I see Brandy Derr there. Followed her around a few salons now, but what I've seen the other stylists do there is pretty great they are all really cool people.

^it will be. i've been using it for a few months now, and only after this recent one do i feel like i fully have the hang of it.

been transitioning myself to lush products.

I recently got into their makeup and I love it. I could not recommend anything better for dry skin and/or people with breakouts still.

also they have a cleanser called ultrablend, it works similar to OCM (I steam my face first and after, but the directions just say to wash off with wet cloth) I love it and it has anti-bacterial qualities for blemishes

i think this is the overall front runner for style, length, donation quantity, and continued desirability by my husband

he is really not a fan of super short hair. ideal length for him is that i still be able to put it in ponytail.

ideally for me i'd do one of these:

which is shorter than i've ever done. ever. but more often than not i put my hair up in a ponytail or bun (bun currently) which is actually bad for hair health. if i'm going to have it up all the time, i might as well go short.

i'm going to see what brandy thinks. because it would be so drastic she might not even do it shorter than the first one...she might think it's all wrong for me, and that i would respect. last time i saw her i was wanting to sign up for st baldrick's...she said if i did she didn't want to be the one to shave my head

yeah it's a really good one i'm finding that most i pin aside from the super short are that length and cut just styled differently. only difference may be bangs, but i think my affair with block bangs vs swept are over

I gave in and bought some skinny jeans this weekend. It needs to be jeans and boots weather now, because I think it may take me a while before I like them enough to wear them with heels/flats.

since some of you ladies mentioned the jillian michaels shred workouts, I decided to look into them on amazons instant video. Just did her leg and butt workout since today is a no-run day for me, and hoe.lee.crap. I'm hooked! a big thank you to whoever brought it up (mayhaps that was you, elkaybie?)

^^^^^ cool, that all makes sense. Then it's less of a shock if you do want to go a little shorter down the road too.

Back in college when my wife and I were dating, she set up a double-date with us and her suite-mate and her bf. When I showed up that night to pick all of them up, my wife (who had long hair past her shoulders like she currently does) was sitting there with hair like Shannyn Sossamon in this picture you posted. (This picture is actually awhile later when it had grown out some too)

It was a huge shock and because of that I didn't really like it at first . However, I quickly grew to love it because on the right girls I have always thought hair like that can look really good. It was just a shock to see her like that when I wasn't expecting it!

I'm having a shoe issue. Can I wear these shoes with this dress? I'm thinking no, but I don't wanna buy new shoes and I don't want to wear the painful black shoes I already own.

My fiance's mom bought them for me to go with a kelly green dress I ordered, but I ended up sending it back.

yeah, i figured I would have to go buy new shoes. blarg. would you go with nude or black? and what is a good comfortable brand for someone who has never spent more than 25 bucks on a pair of shoes with heels? i'm willing to spend a bit of money if they are something that are comfortable and I can wear again.

2^don't try too hard. you've kept me from doing some terrible things. with casual clothes, well, i'll do whatever i want, but I really respect your opinion on fancy stuffs.

black or nude would be just fine with that dress.

In a pump, D'orsay (MY FAVORITE STYLE), or a slingback

I say do what Kate said, go to DSW, go to the clearance rack and just find something you like. I personally love the idea of pairing a nice nude pump with that dress.

Take the dress with you too so you can hold it up to you while have htem on to make sure they look good with it

Those are from DSW, too. I guess I need to run to Triangle sometime this week. Thanks girls! If you are bored, DivaBaby19, you can look for a nice necklace to go with it! One day I will have enough grown up stuff that I won't have to build this shit from the ground up.

Elise... I totally orderd this dress from Macy's & wore it to a wedding over the weekend.

I wore black peep toe pumps from Nine West with it. I had a pair of nude pumps & decided against. I bought the shoes awhile back but the peep toes looked great w the dress

If it helps, necklace wise I just wore a delicate three diamond pendant I got for Christmas years ago. A fake would be fine too. Diamonds & lace yo!

what size shoe do you wear again?

i have a couple of pair of heels that would be great with that dress...but they are really high...

you could probably make it through one night with them if you need something asap...

then just keep a look out for something more in your comfort zone

I'm almost positive that the reason I don't like wearing heels is that I don't buy them in the right size. There doesn't seem to be a happy medium between sliding off the back and having to jam my toes in them.
