Lovin this OU TT game. I was a TT fan last year when they were an underdog and I thought it was cool they took down Texas. But I don't like them at #2 and I'm sick of them catching teams by surprise with the gimmicks and the ultra spread.

I've always hated the spread, it feels so good to see a team just punch a spread team in the mouth and knock them off kilter.

They are folding under the pressure of yet another big game kinda like Texas did. This is also payback for last year when TT ruined Oklahomas year. Looks like TT needs to go ahead and start sending christmas cards to Okla. St. because tahts what its gonna take now for them to redeem this loss. I expect Oklahoma to put 70 or 80 up because they are gonna have to convince pollsters to jump them over a Texas team that already beat them head to head.

you're right, LSU was totally screwed by their QB's...here's some of the short field drives set up by the QB play

vs. Florida - 68, 77, 63, 67, 60, 60 yards
vs. UGA - 78, 71, 72, 68, 63 yards
vs. Troy (lol) - 88, 67, 79 yards

about how i saw it going. Texas Tech is a good solid team, but nowhere near the #2 in the country.

Lee threw 6 INTs in those 3 games, 6!, half of which were returned for TDs

maybe #2 is a little overrated, but they are a good team and it's nice to see someone other than Texas or OU as big 12 champs.

I still think the 3 big 12 and 2 sec teams are the top 5 in the country. You can thank the crowd and the inexperience with these big games for rocking TT early and it just spiraled from there. Play this game at a neutral site and its probably a lot closer going into the locker room in my opinion. Also isnt helping that the TT defense forgot how to play and are getting pushed around like high school girls.

No Texas Tech obviously, this is a bad bad game but hell Florida losing to Ole Miss at home with how good they are is about as bad as this one lol

I would rank the top 5 as follows:

Oklahoma
Florida
Texas
Alabama
Texas Tech

let's play all games at neutral sites!!!

Texas beats TT at a neutral site btw so it goes both ways.

that's the dumbest cop out

You are right, I am just saying that this is one of those weird games that has spiraled out of control for a team. I believe Oklahoma is the better team but doesnt mean Texas Tech isnt a top 5 team still. Lets not forget all it takes is Oklahoma having a bad game next week and Texas Tech is playing for the big 12 title. They win that game and they goto the national title game unless USC or Texas finds a way in without winning their conference (possibly in USC's case)

my ranking for the best 5 teams at this exact time (not exactly the 5 most deserving)

1. Florida
2. Oklahoma
3. Alabama
4. Texas
5. USC

I believe that Florida is gonna beat bama by more than 20 in the title game, I would love to see an Oklahoma florida title right now because they are by far playing the best in the country right now.

I think Texas, OK and TT are good teams with outstanding offenses, but I don't think they are complete teams. They will not be able to compete against more complete teams like Florida and Penn St..

OK doesn't have a great defense and they are shutting down TT. OK is just doing the same thing to TT that TT did to OSU. Disrupt these great offenses and they can't get into rhythm.

Its almost laughable now watching this game and now absolutely nothing can go right for TT. Nothing like a few shots to the nuts while you are down.

who the fuck cares? even if all 6 were returned for TD's, that's 92 points allowed by the defense in 3 games

Well if Oregon St. wins next week lets take a poll on who is going to get fucked out of their BCS spot. Utah is taking one so that leaves 4 spots up for grabs after the 6 conf. champs.

Im guessing

Alabama/Florida loser
Oklahom/Texas whoever doesnt get in the title game
USC
Im guessing the last spot goes to TT/Ohio State depending how far TT drops in the polls thanks to this ass beating

^^ what?

if you are down 45 and score a TD you shouldnt be running up and jumping in to each other, you got a LOT more to do before you can remotely talk shit/celebrate

http://www.bcsfootball.org/bcsfb/eligibility

Actually it appears only 2 from one conference assuming there are others eligible so looks like Texas Tech losing this game is probably gonna cost them a BCS game as well pending Oklahoma wins next week.

haha the Rose Bowl committee is praying hard for Oregon against OSU next week. PSU already licked the Beavers once this year. I don't see OSU returning the favor in the Rose Bowl.
