So their goal must be to have enough maga controlled state legislatures that they can amend the constitution. Even if they lose midterm races from running districts too thin that goal is still possible when they redistrict state races. Especially if they’ve removed millions of future immigrants from the naturalization pipeline.

GOP currently has a trifecta in 41% of states they need that in 66% or enough state power to override a veto

On the one hand, I get it. Its an executive branch thing. Ok.
But in the other, it was put into the executive on the understanding it would be sufficiently independent, because it was a delegation of legislative power. If the condition for that no longer exists... shouldn't the agency itself be declared unConstitutional as well?
