The difference between Kasay doing bad and Mare doing bad is that if we had kept Kasay, he would be the incumbent kicker doing bad. Mare is the new kicker we went out and spent $12 million on who is doing bad.Fucking shitting me, stupid penalties.[Edited on November 13, 2011 at 2:58 PM. Reason : lkj]

I think Cam tackles himself harder to the turf than any defender would sometimes
11/13/2011 3:05:29 PM
Feels bad man
11/13/2011 3:11:04 PM

i feel like that's probably coaching
11/13/2011 3:14:30 PM
Fuck it, go for it
11/13/2011 3:19:51 PM
2 teams combined for 2 of 19 on 3rd down conversionswhat a terrible game
11/13/2011 3:21:05 PM
so who wants to bet the colts get their first win against the actionless cats?
11/13/2011 3:30:31 PM
no way the Colts ruin their Luck runalthough they'd probably still win out in tie breakers if they only beat Carolina
11/13/2011 3:32:45 PM
kasay's killing it, made 52, 48 and 44
11/13/2011 3:36:00 PM
well at least the Titans prevent defense is letting Cam pad his fantasy pointsso much for thatFucking Naanee of course[Edited on November 13, 2011 at 3:40 PM. Reason : ]
11/13/2011 3:37:00 PM
dammit
11/13/2011 3:39:42 PM
fire the whole team
11/13/2011 3:40:23 PM
This team has actually regressed each week I think. The thing is now people are game planning for Cam and it shows, we are going to have to try to focus on the run now I think
11/13/2011 3:58:57 PM
Cut Byron Bell's sorry ass.
11/13/2011 4:01:47 PM
^ the only problem with that is that we suck at running the ball
11/13/2011 4:02:24 PM
I hate Naanee, motherfucker steps out of bounds after catching a 5 yard pass, on 2nd and 29. I dont care about stopping the clock, dude couldve got another 5-10 yardswhat a horrible game to watch
11/13/2011 4:04:07 PM
Jesus christ, so many fucking penalties just on this drive
11/13/2011 4:06:27 PM
this team is awful. A pathetic team effort today. It's like they are all on vacation still.
11/13/2011 4:08:56 PM
what the fuck did rivera inherit from norv turner to have piss shit special teams, i mean whatever it is fucking stop it
11/13/2011 4:18:00 PM
i think maybe we just need a great returneri'm sure our kick and punt coverage look good in practice, when we're going up against edwards and pilares
11/13/2011 4:26:31 PM
having no roster depth equals shitty special teams. it doesn't have a lot to do with Rivera, you need quality players and we don't really have that right now. next year we'll have a new ST coordinator and hopefully better overall roster depth.
11/13/2011 5:26:50 PM
I was in a suite watching this game today, and I felt shafted! Just awful. Although I did get some good pictures with my camera.
11/14/2011 12:14:06 AM
the *************OH MY FUCKING GOD STAT OF THE WEEK**************The Panthers have given up 3 punt return TD's this year on only 12 returned punts. We're in the running for the worst special teams ever, a record just set last year by SDC.
11/14/2011 2:10:11 PM
only need to look as far as what who is the same as that SD team
11/14/2011 2:12:52 PM
Draft WR or CB in first round (Justin Blackmon or Morris Claiborne please)Draft a LB, sign a LB for depth.Sign a Punt Returner.Sign DT(s).Try again next year.
11/14/2011 3:00:34 PM
WR in the first round?
11/14/2011 3:13:05 PM
Smitty isn't getting any younger and Gettis is coming off a bad injury. Lafell, Nanee, etc aren't scaring anyone. Seems like we need to get a future #1 WR to grow alongside Cam.[Edited on November 14, 2011 at 3:20 PM. Reason : ]
11/14/2011 3:19:22 PM
doesn't matter who is catching the balls if the defense can't get off the field
11/14/2011 3:23:35 PM
^they'll take a DT or LB in the first round before a WR
11/14/2011 3:27:51 PM
I agree they should be thinking DT and OLB (not ILB, since Beason should eventually be back and Conner isn't terrible). But looking at the 2012 mocks, there doesn't seem to be a DT or OLB going anywhere in the top 10, which is where the Panthers will be picking. Lots of CBs, though.
11/14/2011 3:43:52 PM
i wouldn't rule out ILB necessarily, they play a 3-4 set some of the time and if you only have Beason and Connor, building depth there might not be the worst thing.we really need some better LBs though, they can't cover TEs and the safeties can't either. also, they suck in run support, which is a function of bad DT play. the defense is a fucking mess.
11/14/2011 4:05:13 PM
My choice would be some gigantic 380 pound cocksucker of a DT who can take up 2-3 blockers and free up Beason and Anderson to make plays in the backfield.Georgia's got a couple of them, tho I'm not sure how they project to the next level.
11/14/2011 4:28:23 PM
LB's are needed. At this point we need OLB & DT, but if we can pick up a solid impact ILB then we go for it. At this point, we should seriously consider trading D-Wills for draft picks, maybe pick up and another 1st rounder or 2nd & 3rd.Yes, we have to look for a WR, don't know if any are out there worthy of a first round pick, but as it has been said, Smitty is not getting younger, lets put some talent around him and give Cam another steady solid option that can learn from Smitty. Our LB, WR, & DT are the key. Beason is young enough to return, Conner is serviceable. But we need and have to invest and build up or LB's.And yes, find a PR that can return some punts. III
11/14/2011 4:30:57 PM
The best they could get for Williams at this point is probably a 3rd rounder. i don't know if they would trade him though, we're talking about mr. loyalty marty hurney.as for a PR/KR, Brandon Hogan might be the answer to that problem. it might take a couple more weeks before he's activated and ready to contribute, but by the end of the season they should have a good idea if he can handle those duties or not.
11/14/2011 4:39:28 PM
Yeah, I love DWill, but I'm all for trading him.Considering his retarded contract, though, I'm not sure that's an option ... even for a later pick.
11/14/2011 4:39:54 PM
some dumbass team like the Redskins would do it
11/14/2011 4:42:29 PM
11/14/2011 4:43:53 PM
Smitty might be our only receiver that scares anyone, and yes he's getting olderBut I look at Olsen and Shockey as our #2 and #3 receivers, and aside from Olsen's game yesterday, they've done a fine job all season of complementing 89I wouldn't mind adding a wideout though if he is a small fast-as-fuck guy, who could make some plays downfield, but more importantly return kicks and punts
11/14/2011 5:02:35 PM
It doesn't look like the Eagles want Desean Jackson back. Just sayin'
11/14/2011 5:12:57 PM
11/14/2011 5:15:23 PM
it would be pretty cool to have the Kalil brothers on the same linebut you're right, depends on the best available player at positions of need
11/14/2011 5:17:44 PM
Smitty is our small as fuck guy that can out run anyone. We need a Strong route runner with a little height and size and decent speed. Yes, Olsen and Shockey are doing more than a serviceable job, but we still need WR that open the field and that can "Moss" defenders in the air.I guess thinking about Dwills contract will limit his trade bait, but I believe there will be some teams willing to make a play for his services. III
11/14/2011 10:02:18 PM
I agree guys we should trade Deangelo for Suh on the lions and then we should draft a 95 LB .Oh that's right this isn't Madden. Back to realistic ideas okay
11/15/2011 1:35:35 AM
Jermale Hines waivedwonder who they'll replace him with
