i'm trying to get into a routine of going to the gym before work instead of after. its been hard but i got to bed fairly early last night and so getting up at 5 this morning wasn't too bad. i was able to spend over an hour in the gym to work out biceps, abs and ran a couple miles on the treadmill. what was awesome was how refreshed I felt after taking a shower. actually got to work a little early and was ready to rock. i've had a ton of energy all day. its great and i would totally reccomend!!

^I unfortunately do chest and shoulders on monday. At least it's easy to find someone on the bench beside you to give you a spot.I'd rather do legs on the days when it's not that busy though, so that people won't be getting in the way when I back out of the squat rack. There's nothing more annoying than someone that thinks that the perfect place to do curls is 2 feet behind the guy doing squats.
