I think that this whole case has been ridiculous and is going to make it harder for actual rape victims to be taken seriously! The LEAST they should do is plaster the picture of the woman on the news and say "This is the woman who falsely accused three men of rape. This is her real name. She made it all up."

That shouldn't do shit for people "coming forward" about rape, but what it should do is discourage hobags like this trash from trying to bring up false charges.

I didn't say I agreed with it, that would be my best guess as to why they did that. That and the fact that they obviously see some mental issues with her.

Also, civil suites will follow. I was just referring to criminal charges. I think civil suites against her, and Nifong are necessary.

I think they should go after Nifong! I don't think they can win a suit against the University because they can prolly say that the party was in some way against the school's conduct code or some crap excuse like that. As for the girl...I think they should go after her too but I don't think they will get anything out of her either. I do think that she should be filed for a false police report or what not though just like the stupid runaway bride bitch. I don't think that it would keep people that had actually been raped from coming forward at least I would hope not.
