Hidden Valley
Freedom Drive
West Blvd.
Large swaths of Central Ave.
North Tryon just outside uptown

Love hanging out in these places.

Anyone experience the traffic this weekend in uptown charlotte, and on 85 near concord mills?
I was nearly stopped for 30 minutes going from 485 to 85, because of mall traffic, and I was just trying to get out of charlotte to get back up to raleigh.

yeah, i live up in the concord area and the mills exit is always a problem northbound on saturday and sunday afternoons. But my buddy got caught in it Sunday driving up to my place to watch the hockey game and said it was worse than ever.

Stayed out in the Montford area all weekend so didn't run into any traffic problems with CIAA. Only problem with traffic was due to the ridiculous amount of people that left uptown for the Montford area.

Southpark was crazy this weekend as well, you would think these CIAA colleges don't have malls near where they live. I guess its good for the local economy but still made me glad to be a Southsider.

saturday night was much more tame. It was still crowded, but i ended up running into a friend that was out the night before and popped by and said you couldn't even fit in the door friday night.

things look great inside though and the staff was pretty friendly. $5 cover, no specials though so that was pretty crappy.
