Diouf had a hat-trick with the reserves on thursday, nick, so i wont be surprised to see him either start with rooney or come in for berbatov if he starts instead

Roon-dogg with 3.Nani looks to be doing a lot better.[Edited on January 23, 2010 at 11:45 AM. Reason : HAT TRICK]NO4 FOR THE ROON-DOGG[Edited on January 23, 2010 at 11:53 AM. Reason : amazing]

Rooney won't leave OT ever.Plus they're about to re-do his deal to make him the highest paid player in the country
1/23/2010 12:31:37 PM
Rooney is almost exactly like Alan Shearer
1/23/2010 1:09:56 PM
Rooney!

Gorgeous goal for Spurs... though I wanted to see Leeds at least force a replay. Oh well...[Edited on January 23, 2010 at 1:50 PM. Reason : to be fair, spurs probably deserve the lead]
1/23/2010 1:49:52 PM
Glory Glory Leeds United
1/23/2010 2:09:44 PM
Fuck... I turned it in the 88th for the end of the MSU-Minnesota game. Wish I saw it. Where can I go for highlights on the internet when they are up?
1/23/2010 2:12:32 PM
1/23/2010 3:26:44 PM
Oh man, please to win replay, Leeds. My brother is a Spurs fan. More shit shall be given.
1/24/2010 11:40:12 AM
Just saw where Robinho is leaving City to mostly likely go back to his old Brazilian club Santos on loan. That seems like a weird move. Why wouldn't he go somewhere else in Europe?
1/24/2010 3:01:47 PM
i doubt many teams want a player with that huge of a salary and are a huge douche like him. im sure he'll be back in europe soon tho, I doubt he'll stay in brazil for long.
1/24/2010 3:17:44 PM
^ pretty much that it, exactly.plus he can go to Santos and play shitty opponents for a while and his stock will rise because it'll look like he's some sort of reborn Pele in a world cup year
1/24/2010 7:26:16 PM
1/24/2010 11:57:12 PM
Ughh no matter where its played its still soccer
1/24/2010 11:57:59 PM
super cool story, bro
1/24/2010 11:58:59 PM
thanks man i really appreciate that
1/25/2010 12:04:40 AM
LOL, who is this n00b and what's he talking about?
1/25/2010 12:31:13 AM
I know this is La Liga but I wanted to see what you guys thought of this article. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=730956&sec=europe&cc=5901Ronaldo got sent off for swinging his arms and breaking a defender's nose and proceeded to protest instead of showing some sort of remorse for fucking up a guy's face. Ok, no problem, I can live with that but these quotes from management are what threw me off kilter.
1/25/2010 11:34:36 AM
well, to be fair, he didnt mean to break the guy's noseI would've protested being sent off, toobut:1. it's Madrid, their directors always say the most inane shit2. I've noticed a really bad trend of British journalists (espn soccernet is all brits) intentionally mis-translating anything that comes out of Spain to the most sensational effect

United put in a bid for Chris Smalling from Fulham for 7 millionhttp://goal.com/en/news/11/transfer-zone/2010/01/26/1761889/fulham-accept-manchester-united-bid-for-defender-chris
1/26/2010 8:58:56 AM
apparently it's been acceptedtalk about a rise to the top for somebody nobody heard of 2 or 3 years ago
1/26/2010 9:07:37 AM
yeah seriously. ive only seen him play in one game and i think he got an own goal in that game i guess united are looking at a possible rio ferdinand replacement
1/26/2010 9:15:57 AM
or VIIIIDIIIICCCCC
1/26/2010 9:17:24 AM
im not too worried on vidic. hes younger than ferdinand and as far as ive seen this is his first real injury problem. plus from what ive read about smalling he doesnt sound like the enforcer type defender. seems like the more speedy center back like rio is/was
1/26/2010 9:21:21 AM
no I meant that they need a replacement for him because he's leaving
1/26/2010 9:24:56 AM
oh. i still dont think he's leaving either. i have yet to see anything at all suggesting that he doesnt like it at manchester and i honestly do not see united selling anymore players to real madrid (the only team who could afford him in spain right now)
1/26/2010 9:40:44 AM
actually this pretty much confirms that Vidic is gone in the summer to Barca Signing just confirmed from the United press office. Smalling stays the last half of the season at Fulham and joins United in the summer.I guess he's got to be alright, considering how Wenger was looking at him, too.[Edited on January 26, 2010 at 10:56 AM. Reason : I think the $ amount for Vidic is like 25 million? not TOO expensive for Barca]
1/26/2010 10:55:46 AM
also, Stuart Holden just signed with bolton, i wasn't sure whether to put this in USA or Epl. But I think this could be a good move for him.
1/26/2010 1:06:53 PM
yeah and it's only for the rest of the season so he could eithera) tear it up, attract better offers from better clubs and move in the summerorb) suck it up, and still have the opportunity to move somewhere else instead of be stuck in a situation that isn't good for his development (can't get playing time, etc)orc) just play good enough to stay on for Bolton, but they get relegated - he can move somewhere else to continue first division soccer
1/26/2010 1:22:15 PM
from what i can tell on gamecast there must be a bunch of snoozefests out there today
1/26/2010 4:13:02 PM
fuck you liverpool
1/26/2010 4:49:27 PM
that game was atrocious to watch...liverpool do not have any depth at all in that club. i thought gerrard was their talisman but he doesnt seem to have it this year...its pretty much torres or bust
1/26/2010 4:54:52 PM
aha at ronaldo getting suspended for that elbow
1/26/2010 11:12:32 PM
The event we've all been waiting for kicks off at 3 p.m. Thank God for ESPN360.

1/27/2010 4:11:37 PM
and breaks bones with horrible tacklesalso
1/27/2010 4:13:40 PM
yeah i saw that. i dont know what hit him. but its disgraceful nonetheless. same shit happened at man city last week. someone from united got hit by something
1/27/2010 4:14:29 PM
I'm not watching it so I was just wondering if you saw the same thing
1/27/2010 4:14:56 PM
prob a coin or some shit. looked like it hurt him just for a minute, if even that. not sure why people like to throw shit at players
1/27/2010 4:24:46 PM
