Wake better beat Gardner-Webb this week.
9/16/2011 4:11:47 PM
Wake stomped them 48-5... that's a little reassuring, right?[Edited on September 19, 2011 at 9:32 PM. Reason : ha, gardner-webb lost to Ohio last weekend, 30-3]

So Manning is out three weeks so he SHOULD be back for UVA. Which is like W-S. We never seem to win there.

Graham is a beast this year, stat wise.#1 All purpose yards, #5 kickoff yards...my ESPN quota just ran out so I'm speculatingTop 10 punt return yards#36 or so receiving yardsHopefully he can impress scouts and get drafted

10/13/2011 11:12:48 AM
hopefully he can learn how to call for a fair catch when he's got a couple defenders on the punt coverage team right in front of him
10/13/2011 11:46:58 AM
he always gets in trouble when he has to run 15+ yards to where the ball is landing.
10/13/2011 2:07:30 PM
what does "T.J." stand for?
10/13/2011 2:08:45 PM
I would assume Trevor Junior, but I'm not 100% sure.[Edited on October 13, 2011 at 2:31 PM. Reason : His father is Trevor Graham, notorious track and field coach]
10/13/2011 2:29:28 PM
#1 All purpose yards, must be nice getting kicked off to 10 times a gameSORRRRRRY, don't mean to degrade one of our own player's accomplishments

certainly seems like we've been putting out quality LBs latelyAudie Cole needs to get a better picture on the Butkus site, he's wearing an athletic NCSU shirt or something and almost everyone else is wearing suits
11/9/2011 8:13:58 AM
^looks like they got all pictures from the schools' athletic site
11/9/2011 8:39:21 AM
yeah probably...wouldn't hurt if he sent in one on his own though
11/9/2011 8:50:44 AM
hope Cole can get picked up in the NFL draft, then Manning after him the next year

how can Art Norman be any good, he was only a 2* recruit!!!! [Edited on November 21, 2011 at 1:17 PM. Reason : damnit I didn't see that Bullet was trolling with the same line in the recruiting thread, oh well]

Replayed the game again last night. Had the same reaction. "Who the fuck is Art Norman?"

I've read that there's no way Taylor Gentry could get it, but he and senior Sterling Lucas have applied for an extra year due to a medical hardhsip:http://www.newsobserver.com/2011/11/21/1662176/tudor-packs-glennon-toes-the-line.html
11/21/2011 6:07:32 PM
11/21/2011 6:21:22 PM
Sterling is a true 4th year senior this year. He never played a snap this season. He'll just take a regular redshirt. No need for a medical hardship waiver or a 6th year waiver or anything like that.
11/21/2011 10:59:30 PM
I'll take Gentry not getting a 6th year, as long as Montel Harris doesn't get a 6th year at BC and get another shot at Ted Brown's record.
11/22/2011 1:53:30 AM
It'd be a 5th year for Gentry, he wasn't redshirted.
11/22/2011 8:03:08 AM
Looks like Terrel Manning has a a good shot at first team all-ACC

how did Bryan even make 2nd team? I love the guy, but he's been a huge disappointment all yearZ.Brown over Manning is just retarded

LOL at 4 people not voting for Amerson
11/28/2011 3:35:49 PM
11/28/2011 3:39:08 PM
manning still had an overall better season even with Brown playing in 2 more games
11/28/2011 3:47:00 PM
I guess it's because Manning missed 2.5 games. He is leading the conference in fumbles forced and recovered. Tackles is 91-70 Brown. Sacks are both 5.5. TFL is Manning 13, Brown 11.5. INTs 2-2.
11/28/2011 3:47:48 PM
I could be misremembering, but it feels like Manning played poorly in at least a couple of our losses.
11/28/2011 3:50:13 PM
I don't think he's really had any "bad" gamesShould glennon have at least been honorably mentioned? I'm not looking, but are his stats comparable or better than the QBs.
11/28/2011 3:53:57 PM
Had this discussion with a friend. George Bryan didn't have a bad season, really. It wasn't his best season (that was 2009 by far) but it wasn't bad. Here are some stats:2011 30 302 10.1 19 4 2010 35 369 10.5 37 3 2009 40 422 10.6 29 6 2008 18 201 11.2 30 4 I'm not sure if these stats include post-season play, but if so he's only got 5 less catches for 67 less yards this year than last year and one more TD than last year in one less game. This is not a bad year, it just feels like it because he has dropped some passes that he should have caught early on (most memorably, a few passes that could have won the game against Wake Forest).^ Glennon has sucked in a number of games this year. Sorry. He has had good completion percentages in 6 out of 12 games and two of these games were against FCS opponents. Also, he has thrown interceptions in 8 games, three of which were games where he threw 2 interceptions. He has had a few great games (South Alabama was amazing if that even counts), like against Clemson and the second half of Saturday's Maryland game but overall he hasn't been that good. I know a lot of people think otherwise, but that's the way I see it, and feel free to disagree if you want... you can check his stats here. http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/381967/mike-glennon[Edited on November 28, 2011 at 4:00 PM.
