I'm like kind of used to reading that, but "I'm into all kinds of rock" is a 40 year old dude drunk downtown for some shitty street festival thing to say.

Fuck off, I've been sick for the last week and busy as fuck at work. I made the decision this weekend not to leave the house.

It's some Italian town on a cliff. Ravensburger puzzle where about half of it is ocean. I'm pretty much done with the city, just the ocean part left now and it's all just a swath of blue-green.

Note to self: the mediocrity that is Buffalo Wild Wings' Mango Habanero is not worth the ensuing stomach cramping, constant expulsion of most foul flatus, and the horrible raw burning sensation radiating through my posterior.

Come to think of it, BWW sucks. Period.

Oh yeah, that sounds like a bitch. I do love puzzles though

^^i <3 BWW. Especially when their boneless wings are super cheap on Tuesdays. If they're even doing that deal still. Plus I get to hang with LivinProof78!!

"the posts in this thread won't magically disappear when he starts dating Erin again

that is going to be awkward"

there will be nothing awkward about it...

the very first time i ever met her (a few years before he started dating her) i was trying to make small talk with her...in huge drunk bitch erin fashion...she through her hand in my face, rolled her eyes and huffed at me while turning away...

i was then forced to grab her wrist and pleasantly tell her "if you ever put your god damn hand in my face again i WILL break your fucking arm"...

it just went way down hill from there

when he started dating her he had no idea i had ever met her but his first comment to me was, "you're not going to like her...i just know you're really not going to like her"

i could write a book about how horrible this person is

so, yeah, i'm okay with my comments

I think I'm the only person not pissed off about Victoria's Secret "Bright Young Things" line. "Pink" already accomplished this target audience with the type of content (polka dots, ass phrasing etc). People should have been up in arms a lot sooner than now. It's simply the brand name. If it had been a different name less people would be angry.

While I don't agree with blaming victims, I can't help but to think that there is somewhat of a parallel between: how a female acts/dresses and sexual assault; and just walking through a "bad" part of town and getting assaulted. Do you have the right to do them? Yeh. Should you be able to do them without becoming a victim? Yeh. Is it likely to end with a bad outcome? Maybe so. Is it the smartest thing to do? Probably not. Of course this is all situation dependent, and no one deserves to be raped because of how they dress; yet no one deserves to be attacked for walking down the street... but it happens... there are ways to help prevent being such a victim...

I have some undies from their PINK line and they fell apart pretty early after purchase. Even their higher priced lines aren't great either.

I just go t Target now. It's just fucking underwear.

See? That sounds awful.
And I know their models have to be 18, so it's not like they are photographing 14 year olds in cheekies.

I do understand the huff and puff--empowerment, good role model messages etc--but I think that's a job of the parent. Explaining and being supportive in body image. You can have this crap and not buy in to it.

^my experience has been the exact opposite with their bras. Target fell apart--VS lasts longer. Underwear I get Hanes.

haha I wear sports bra most of the time because I feel more comfortable in them.

Unless it's a "night on the town" situation.

I've never really been sized for my bra maybe that's part of the problem, because at the end of the day, I can't wait to take it off and breathe again.

Based on my thought, I see what he's getting at...But is it that clothes/underwear like this only continue to perpetuate that type of thought process by people (victim blaming based on clothing) or if he's trying to say that regardless of what people wear the education lies elsewhere to deter that thinking.

So which is it wdp?

^i have been sized and I STILL feel that way. The big perk of being a stay at home mom is not putting on a bra all day

glad it's not just me.

honestly i've been thinking about TWW. more specifically, i've been thinking about all the things in my life that can be tied back to this place.

then i think about how my life would have turned out had i never even learned of this website.
