Apparently the DNC colluded with Russia to lose and Manafort was planted by Podesta as a long game ploy to take down Trump, or something like that according to r/the_donald
10/31/2017 6:49:49 AM
From a logical stand point it doesn’t even make sense.Clinton campaign was so badly run, though, maybe they didn’t realize the election was in November so they just didn’t release the Dossier. Also, if that is the case it ruins 20 years of evil genius narratives. If they are that dumb how did they get away with so many murders???In other news, Trump is shook.[Edited on October 31, 2017 at 8:26 AM. Reason : X]

It'll be really fun to watch them try the "i don't know her" defense when it's Donald Trump Jr. or Jared Kushner being indicted. Hey there were just campaign volunteers too!
10/31/2017 12:02:01 PM
I have little doubt Trump probably doesn’t remember Papa. He didn’t give a shit about policy and never thought he’d win. But that’s the price of bullshitting on the record. You can deny knowledge of someone when you literally claim they are part of your foreign policy team and talk about how great they are.

https://www.politico.com/story/2017/10/30/mueller-manafort-gates-testimony-244339?lo=ap_f1I didn't even realize this was possible. Mueller convinced a judge to waive Manafort's attorney-client privilege. This is clearly outside my area of expertise, but it seems like you would have to have absolutely damning evidence that Manafort and/or his lawyers had told you lies in order to do this.

does Carter Page not have an attorney advising him, or does he just have the worst attorney?__________________________________________________Papadopoulos Claimed Trump Campaign Approved Russia Meetinghttps://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-10-31/papadopoulos-claimed-trump-campaign-approved-russia-meeting
11/1/2017 9:37:33 AM
Now, that^ story claims that there is no evidence if any meeting was ever held, however we do know that Carter Page went to Moscow and met with Rosfnet executives here is a timeline:- in April, Papa goes to London and met with the professor to talk about the hacked clinton emails (before it was known)- next he sends a bunch of emails up the chain about setting up a meeting, manafort says they need someone low-level so as not to send any signals- in July, Carter Page goes to Moscow. According to the Steele dossier in return for Putin getting sanction relief (we know Trump spoke to Putin directly about this, that is what the "adoptions" talk was about), he would get a brokerage fee of 19.5% in Rosfnet but Putin needs confirmation from Trump for the deal. - Page publicly admitted to meeting Rosfnet executives- On July 27 Trump says "Russia, if you're listening, I hope you're able to find Hillary Clinton's 30,000 e-mails"- In December 19.5% if Rosfnet is sold and moved through a series of shell companies.Edit:Here is page admitting to meeting with Rosfnet:https://youtu.be/MEmg4DNVFSE?t=27m48s[Edited on November 1, 2017 at 9:52 AM. i thought you just got extra pages for that, not a new passport numberregardless the dude is a flight risk and should be in jail
11/1/2017 11:54:37 AM
^^ Not really. If you fill up your passport, you apply for a new passport. Once issued, the full passport is no longer valid. .That said, it likely does have to do with frequent travel, either due to the countries visited or the frequency of travel to non-visa waiver countries.^ This used to be the case, but not anymore. The US did away with adding pages a few years ago and now require people with full passports to apply for a new book.If you travel a lot, you should def opt for the larger passport

Some people apply for new passports because they've traveled through Israel and need to travel to other Arab countries. You're not getting into Saudi Arabia with an Israeli stamp, or a stamp from neighboring Egypt or Jordan indicating that you passed through Israel. He could be keeping multiple passports for preventing other countries from knowing where he has been.Do the old passports not get taken out of the system when you apply for a new passport? I had a coworker explain how they kept two passports, one for Israel and one for everywhere else before, so I assume not?
11/1/2017 2:38:04 PM
You know, it's also entirely possible he was issued diplomatic passports, though I highly doubt it. I guess it would depend if he was ever sent overseas as a representative of the U.S. government in some manner.

Heard a theory that he'd been flipped by Mueller, hence his weird ass answers in his most recent Senate Intelligence Committee hearing.Answers like "I can't answer that because the President might invoke executive privilege."Has he invoked it?"No."Then why can't you answer the question?*repeatHe already met with Mueller beforehand and any testimony he may have given could have been sealed, hence his inability to testify openly to Congress.[Edited on November 1, 2017 at 6:24 PM. I hope so. The cyber expertise kind of implies it to me then again they could just be tracing logs and correlating with intelligence they have. But my guess is if they can bring charges, they have physical proof.[Edited on November 2, 2017 at 11:34 AM. Reason : a]

Likely the date of the meeting along with Testimony from Papasmurf and any other meeting notes, most likely obtained from documents submitted to Mueller by the White House. Plus the fact that Trump himself tweeted it.[Edited on November 2, 2017 at 1:55 PM. Reason : a]

I am 70 pages into the actual testimony. This guy is all over the place. My opinion is that this is going to do quite a bit of damage to him at the least, if not others in the crosshairs of the investigation. I cannot believe this guy went in without a lawyer and actually asked for this to be released publicly. Even Trey Gowdy is tearing him apart.[Edited on November 6, 2017 at 11:54 PM. Reason : A]
