i just wrote an email to that crappy website telling them how racist it was
12/22/2006 6:28:03 PM
kind of scary some bitch who got angry cause she was prob called a neggar and treated in a derogatory manner (she was stripping at the time), can make up a rape case and ruin some people's lives
12/22/2006 6:42:17 PM
this is why you don't get black strippersi would imagine those boyz could afford a white stripper.
12/22/2006 6:49:54 PM
lol - do strippers really cost differently per race?
12/22/2006 6:50:36 PM
i'm going to repeat this question for page 30:something that they keep saying on TV that I don't understand is that last Tuesday was the first time that Nifong and/or his investigators actually sat down and interviewed the girl? is that possible? WTF does that mean? How can you prosecute a cast for 9 months and not talk to the accuser?
12/22/2006 6:59:31 PM
how can you do it? easily. just don't interview her.
12/22/2006 7:26:21 PM
Nifong should just give it up. He tried to use the case for personal gain and now it's backfiring on him. Does he really think dropping the rape charge and trying to continue is going to make it any better?
12/22/2006 8:24:20 PM
backpedal backpedal
12/22/2006 11:48:00 PM
apparently u can't turn a hoe into a housewife OR a solid key witnessi still want to know where all that DNA came from if it wasn't from those cracker ass crackers
12/26/2006 4:11:13 AM
Nifuck FUCKWAD!
12/26/2006 4:29:57 AM
Disbar Nifong!!!
12/26/2006 10:35:56 AM
The lab said the DNA in her didn't match any of the Duke players. They didn't say if the DNA matches anyone in the Durham DA office.

^I bet they'd rehire him after the chargers were cleared. If anything they could sue the firm for wrongful termination.
12/27/2006 1:52:50 PM
just because the charges were dropped it doesn't mean that their names are suddenly taken off of the news and untarnished.
12/27/2006 3:58:33 PM
They're still charged, just with different crimes.
12/27/2006 4:10:23 PM
Yeah, the sad part is these kids will probabily be proven innocent and be out in the clear, and averyone is going to think of them as the "Duke Rape Kids". Assuming that they didn't rape/assault the stripper, they're the real victims.
12/27/2006 4:11:45 PM
^^i meant the rape charges.

I haven't exactly kept up w/ this thread, but here's my question:Why isn't the lying, slandering gal at least getting charged for something herself? She completely, 100% made up a lie about innocent individuals and have seriously hindered their chances in life. Any employer will now know these folks were taken in "for rape," though they did no such thing. Isn't this class A slander? Isn't that illegal? It just seems to me that making up a lie and hoping you get tons of cash out of the deal is perfectly okay since there's no consequences whatsoever (unless I missed something). What's up w/ that?
12/27/2006 11:33:36 PM
anything that doesn't violate federal employment regulations
12/27/2006 11:34:43 PM
^^Read the facts and then come back here and try to say she did it for money. You'll feel stupid saying it.
12/27/2006 11:50:11 PM
^^Courts don't move that fast. The civil lawsuits will come out once this one is finished.
12/27/2006 11:50:19 PM
^^ No, actually, I don't feel stupid.Considering she claimed at least 1 of 3 folks raped her, yet just about, um, zero DNA evidence backed her up. Now, can someone halfway intelligent answer my question?
12/27/2006 11:54:13 PM
^^^She stripped for money. She made up this story for her own personal gain[Edited on December 27, 2006 at 11:57 PM. Reason : a]
12/27/2006 11:57:25 PM
She made it up because she's a racist.
12/28/2006 12:00:40 AM
no, not necessarily. Although I do think she made it up.Facts that no one is disputingThere was a verbal between the strippers and the lacrosse playersShe was found in a parking lot apparently drunk and high (or at least acting like it)She could have simply been pissed off at the lacrosse players and made up a story to make them look bad and to get out of trouble with the cops who found her at the parking lot. Were the lacrosse players model citizens? no. Did they rape this girl? no.
12/28/2006 12:10:06 AM
12/28/2006 12:42:14 AM
By the way, no one can be "proven innocent" in a US court of law. If this mess goes through trial(s) to jury verdict(s), the best those guys can hope for is "not guilty," which means questions will always remain.
12/28/2006 2:50:45 AM
Somebody keeps mentioning the financial side of things. It's probably tough now, but I'll make an ignorant assumption and say there are publishers out there waiting for this whole thing to wrap up so they can get some book deals going.
12/28/2006 5:53:22 AM
The State Bar has filed a complaint against Nifong.
12/28/2006 5:34:06 PM
^ not just any complaint, but an "ethics" complaint.... he could be disbarred if found guilty
12/28/2006 5:48:03 PM
^ I have my fingers crossed.
12/28/2006 5:50:15 PM
haha....you people
12/28/2006 5:55:00 PM
I predict bribes will save him.

the moment we've all been waiting for:http://www.wral.com/news/local/story/1120129/The North Carolina State Bar has filed an ethics complaint against Duke lacrosse prosecutor Mike Nifong. The complaint accuses him of breaking four rules of professional conduct when speaking to the reporters about the high-profile case.Among the rules, the bar complaint says Nifong violation is a prohibition on making "comments that have a substantial likelihood of heightening public condemnation of the accuser."Another of the rules Nifong was charged with breaking forbids "dishonesty, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation." The bar said that when DNA testing failed to find any evidence a lacrosse player raped the accuser, Nifong told a reporter the players might have used a condom.According to the bar, Nifong knew that assertion was misleading, because he had received a report from an emergency room nurse in which the accuser said her attackers did not use a condom.Nifong has come under mounting scrutiny for the way he has handled the investigation, in which a 28-year-old exotic dancer initially claimed she was raped at an off-campus lacrosse party in March.Three lacrosse players -- David Evans, Collin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann -- were later indicted on charges of first-degree rape, first-degree sexual offense and first-degree kidnapping. In a statement, the bar said it opened a case against Nifong on March 30 -- a little more than two weeks after the party -- and that after an investigation, it found reasonable cause on Oct. 19 to refer the case to the bar's Disciplinary Commission for trial.WRAL has been unable to reach Nifong or any defense attorneys for comment.Duke University did release a statement Thursday evening reiterating President Richard Brodhead's call last week that Nifong turn the case over to an independent investigator. The statement read: "This afternoon’s announcement from the North Carolina State Bar makes all the more appropriate, as President Brodhead said last week, that 'The district attorney should now put this case in the hands of an independent party, who can restore confidence in the fairness of the process.'"Last week, Nifong dropped the rape charges against the three athletes after the accuser, a North Carolina Central University student, told Nifong's investigator that she couldn't testify "with certainty" that she was raped, according to dismissal motions.

Eh, you know it's all those Duke grads on the bar that are doing this [/racism]
