Rest in Hell, dinnerplate.

#sources are saying the statue won't be returned and that Richardson doesn't plan on filing any type of lawsuit
6/11/2020 3:02:57 PM
next they’re gonna fuck around and sign Kaep
6/11/2020 3:15:03 PM
Maybe if they cut Grier
6/11/2020 4:47:55 PM
I mean, it’d be an upgrade
6/11/2020 4:52:31 PM
It's also not going to happen. In all likelihood, Grier is gonna be on the practice squad this year.
6/11/2020 5:08:45 PM
another team would sign him off the practice squad quickly
6/13/2020 11:02:55 AM
LMAO no
6/13/2020 1:21:59 PM
yeah sure no other team would sign away a former 3rd round QB after only one (admittedly) bad year as a free flier
6/13/2020 3:51:36 PM
a team who liked him coming out of the draft in 2019 might give him a shot, but i'm not sure where he was drafted means a lot
6/13/2020 7:54:01 PM
http://twitter.com/Panthers/status/1273307068473257984already pretending like Cam isn’t one of (if not the) best players in franchise history not cool
6/17/2020 1:39:55 PM
i'm not sure i can continue to support this franchise. the Cam erasure is too much for me. and we're perpetual loser's. i know what i do doesn't matter overall, but the fan base has been so toxic to Cam, i just dont want to be associated with it anymore
6/17/2020 2:05:51 PM
I mean the only two Panthers who should even be in the discussion for greatest of all time are Newton and Kuechly. There is no one else remotely close to their level.
6/17/2020 2:24:04 PM
^ accurateBeing the best Panther ever at WR is one thingBeing one of the most dynamic/elite QB's/LB's in the NFL is totally differentCam won a freaking MVP. the absolute disrespect
6/17/2020 2:58:18 PM
I agree, Muhsin Muhammad isn't on the same level as Newton and Kuechly.
6/17/2020 3:14:02 PM
6/17/2020 4:08:35 PM
The prediction on Youtube declares that we can only win 4-5 games of the whole season.
6/23/2020 10:10:58 AM
over/under for the number of games i'll watch this season 4.5
6/23/2020 9:40:57 PM
sadly i think the number is gonna be 0
6/23/2020 11:40:41 PM
Because of the new coach and his team? They are rebuilding for sure
6/24/2020 10:51:07 AM
The answer is obviously Luke. But Cam deserves to be up for consideration.
6/24/2020 10:54:12 AM
^^I would imagine because of the uncertainty of the season actually happening due to COVID-19
6/24/2020 11:27:37 AM
^ more like I'm just not all that excited about this team or franchise and I'm pretty annoyed at the franchise and fanbase's handling of the Cam situation. and there's spill-over frustration with Charlotte sports in general since Kemba walked away for nothing a season ago.
6/24/2020 12:03:03 PM
Lol this guy expected Michael Jordan to run a competent front office lol
6/24/2020 1:00:52 PM
my expectations were pretty low, but damn
6/24/2020 1:17:27 PM
Let's just watch Clemson football or triangle basketball instead
6/24/2020 1:22:22 PM
I think about 25% of Clemson's football team tested positive for COVID so that could be a challenge
6/24/2020 1:23:12 PM
surprised i need to clarify what i meantthere will be no sports this year
6/25/2020 12:20:54 PM
Cam to the fucking Patriots
6/28/2020 8:00:58 PM
as expected
6/28/2020 8:11:26 PM
never thought i'd see the day i'd openly claim to be cheering for the Patriots but here we are. I'm sticking with Cam Newton. the Panthers are dead to me. Go Pats?!?!
6/29/2020 11:44:20 AM
I just don't have that kind of dedication to one player, I don't get how NBA fans in particular manage to hop teams so easily. I liked the Panthers before Cam, I'll like em after, even if a little less
6/29/2020 12:35:25 PM
I'd like to see him play just well enough to get a big long-term contract from another team the following season, but not poorly enough to give the Patriots a good draft pick
6/29/2020 1:55:17 PM
I'm here for the Patriots-Panthers super bowl rematch.
6/29/2020 1:56:59 PM
The Patriots have a 1000x better chance of being there next season than that shitty Panthers franchise
6/29/2020 10:16:49 PM
Facebook comments and just dumb people in general gonna make me pull for the Pats this year.Wanna see racism live in person, just get on any social media site and read what white trash MAGA crowd says about Cam.
6/29/2020 10:58:02 PM
My point exactly
6/29/2020 11:02:45 PM
i laughed way too hard at this, but this is how the fan base treated Cam, and i'm sure Boston will be no different[Edited on June 29, 2020 at 11:05 PM. Reason : image edit]
6/29/2020 11:04:33 PM
boston will be different. it will be much worse.
6/29/2020 11:08:01 PM
Unless he wrecks shit
6/29/2020 11:45:52 PM
6/30/2020 8:14:21 AM
Saw Cam jumped into the top 10 odds for MVP....are they serious with that? Did NE all of a sudden get much better at WR and TE? Did Cam just become 5 years younger?I think Cam can be successful there, but he's going to have to be much more conservative with his arm and efficient with his runs. I just don't see Cam excelling in the old dink-and-dunk offense the Pats have used and I'm not sure he can be the battering ram he used to be. But if you have the Pats keep a top 5 D and can develop a top 5 running game with some explosive passing, they really could make a nice run and likely win their division.

i think the bigger difference is New England has a good bit better offensive line group than Carolina. Neither WR corps are anything stellar.
6/30/2020 9:12:30 AM
2015 panthers started ted ginn and philly fucking brown and had brenton bersin on the goddamn active roster]
6/30/2020 9:28:22 AM
Olsen was really good, as is Edelmaneverybody else are average
6/30/2020 9:40:23 AM
6/30/2020 10:08:17 AM
6/30/2020 10:22:15 AM
White and Michel avg 4.8 yds/touch over 398 touches, add burkhead and y/t goes upStewart and Tolbert avg 4.4 over 338
6/30/2020 10:35:40 AM
^^I specifically said the 2020 NE Patriot roster, because the 2019 one has no bearing since they lost Dorsett/Gordon/AB and added Lee. I agree the Pats RBs can catch the ball, but I still think the value at RB was higher on Carolina. Burkhead is good, when healthy, but dude hasn't played a full season since 2016 and has never eclipsed 550 total yards in 7 seasons in the league. Not sure if I have a Carolina homer, or if you're just discounting the team that went 15-1 and lost a SB. That team had the #1 offense in the league and, while Cam was playing great, he wasn't the only good player on that offense. The offense was built around him, and I don't expect Bill B or the Pats to reinvent the wheel for one player, they know their system and they're going to try and make Cam conform to it, likely with some wrinkles. ^I mean, if you're talking about average yards per touch with receiving backs, you might as well add in Cameron Artis-Payne(50 touches with an average of 4.8) for the Panthers. Michel was the only RB on NE to run the ball 70+ times last season and he average 3.7 yards per rush. I'm not saying either team is elite across the board, I just don't see NE having a ton more talent on offense than the Panthers had back in 2015, particularly given the age and durability of some of the stars.
