Except both of us have money. I am still not buying this Ole is shit all of a sudden. A honeymoon period doesn't last 4 months. We just need the right players and need to get rid of these lazy twats who don't play for the badge. Not saying it will be a 1 season fix but if we can get Ole the right men behind the scenes to make decisions I believe it may work.

Arsenal still have a good manager but shit owners. You need to invest in your squad. In the meantime, join us in Europa mate!

The problem with this antiquated line of thinking is that everybody has money now. You're not going to be blowing any of the competition away unless you pay through the nose for agent fees and wages while Mino is over here hollerin BOHICA at Woodward...

You act as if city isn't blowing the competition away. United's problems are bigger than money but we still need money to solve them. Football fans are fickle. Doesn't take a lot these days for a club to turn it around. Especially with the resources united have. Besides City and pool, largely due to their managers I'd say any of the other 4 clubs have a shot at the top 4 again next year.

After I’ve cooled down, that’s fair. Hard to remember Arsenal was a Palace home won away from third.

Still a rough day to take with Arsenal having the most incentive and performing like that. Our season ended with Ramsey’s injury and he’s gone for good now.

Apparently they're looking to replace Ramsey with Mario Gotze. He had a decent Bundesliga campaign, 7 goals and 7 assists. But Gotze might be out of Arsenal's price range, especially with no Champions League windfall forthcoming.

That guy is bang average and has held onto this wonderkid reputation way too long. Spurs have played Dortmund a few times since he's re-signed there and I can't even remember a single moment where he created a problem for our defense.

It wasn't easy but I would deem this season a success. Europa League Champion, 3rd place finish in league, Runners up in League Cup, Made Quarterfinals in FA Cup.

Losing Hazard will hurt immensely as he is one of the top 5 players in the world. Throwing out that he is our only world class player is sour grapes NyM410.

Gotze would be the perfect Ramsey replacement he is always hurt as well. Of course the same could be said for Hazard replacement Pulisic is always injured as well.

If Saari leaves and if you believe the tabloids its a done deal with Juventus then Chelsea are going to need a manager that isn't afraid to play academy products next season. Honestly Eddie Howe is the one I would want, been pretty successful at Bournemouth. Though that won't happen as its not Abramovich's MO.

It's going to be hard to find a "name" with the transfer ban looming and Hazard leaving. Giving a guy a promotional-type opportunity in Howe would be clever management of this next 2 years where they are going to need to weather the storm for a bit.

[Edited on May 30, 2019 at 1:26 PM. Reason : When does Chelsea's new stadium start btw? I thought I read they were doing 3 seasons at Wembley]

I haven't heard anything since last May when they shelved plans. A lot of this stems from Abramovich losing his work visa, which is why he didn't come to a single match in England this season. There were rumors of him selling to Sir Jim Ratcliffe but that has yet to materialize, now the rumor is American and Asian investors. While Abramovich is all about chaos he has brought lots of success to Chelsea 18 trophies in his 16 years as owner. If they get a new owner it may be looked at again.

How do you see Arsenal's summer panning out after your gooners lost the Europa league heelfan? I read that you guys will only have 40 mil to spend outside of sales because of it.

Well Kepa is not Alisson but he is a pretty good GK had a decent 1st season in PL and he is still young at only 24, so he could grow into a world class GK.

I am nervous. If Kane plays, Spurs are a different team. If Liverpool does lose, I am happier that it is a team like Tottenham who's never been in this position before (I don't think). A CL game where the likes of Bayern, RM, Barca, and City are no where to be seen is great for me by itself. That being said, Go Reds! Get that monkey off Klopps back.

I honestly think it would be a mistake to have Kane in the starting XI. He may be fit, but I don't know if he is match fit, especially for such an important match. Obviously just an armchair manager here and Poch clearly knows what he is doing, but I'd start with Lucas and Son up front (they have earned it) and have Kane ready to go sometime in the late second half if needed.

^ this but I don't think he will bench Kane. Lucas is likely to miss out as an impact sub. Hoping Klopp brings his finals magic for the 7th time in a row.

I think Arsenal will struggle to break into the top four unless they can improve defensively. Perhaps Chelsea's looming transfer ban and the departure of Hazard will give the Gunners a fighting chance.

Their new Adidas kits have greater "top four" potential. I'm disappointed that City signed a 10-year deal with Puma. In my book, Adidas, Nike, Umbro, and New Balance offer superior designs, though City's decision was likely driven by profit (cue wisecracks).

On a related note, Tottenham is not my most loathed club. The Rags and Dippers are tied for that distinction. Today we are all Yids. COYS

GG. It is crazy that Liverpool have now won two CLs and no PLs.

I’d rather have the CL obviously.

Alisson was immense.
