20 Kyrie Irving24 Steph curryI'm also not sure how diff sites Calc def WS, but basketball-reference has Harden at 1.7 (actually lowest of his career) and Klay at 1.4. Over last 7 years, Harden has 21.6 while Klay has 17.6. Harden defensive box plus/minus is 0.7, Klay -2.1. Harden defense rating is 111, Klay 112 (lower is better). I mean if you’re bored, you can go back and look at the last few seasons (I stopped after the 2016-2017 season), but Klay is always ahead of Harden Also worth noting: I never said Harden was a terrible defender; I just said he was bad and that Klay was better. And since you’re all so in love with stats, feel free to look up both of their FG/3PT percentages numbers this seasons. Klay still wins ^Im sorry you don’t like the stats that literally come from the NBA, but they are what they are. Wanna talk about turnovers next? [Edited on January 24, 2019 at 11:11 AM. Reason : Harden is still better than Klay bruh]

(i updated my post above) Did you just post stats then shame me for using stats? Also I already covered shooting percentage on the the last page
1/24/2019 11:11:40 AM
wonder what our resident stats expert face would think of Harden's game last night, given his shooting percentages

1/24/2019 12:34:21 PM
^^he was a little off from 3 but was 12-18 from 2 and 22-25 from the stripe. True shooting percentage of 62% which is his season average, 18th in the league and way better than anyone close to his usage percentage ever.[Edited on January 24, 2019 at 12:46 PM. Reason : ^beat me to it! ]

"it's crazy to talk about Harden being one of the best offensive players of his generation"
1/25/2019 10:40:55 AM
But muh dubs
1/25/2019 11:08:57 AM
3-0 since Cousins started playing and a 9 game win streak, but Harden on pace to catch Wilt’s 116 game 50pt streak. Can the regular season get anymore exciting???
1/25/2019 3:49:24 PM
I don't necessarily support the final statement, but interesting stat here
1/28/2019 7:41:46 PM
wonder why it doesn't include Kris Dunn or Westbrook at 2nd and 4th
1/28/2019 8:25:44 PM
I think he was highlighting perceived defensive leaders but I'm not sure.I checked and the above statement is prob true, but they were also out of characters. Someone in the replies asked who was second and they responded. [Edited on January 28, 2019 at 8:32 PM. Reason : Character limit!!! ]

Dennis Smith to the Knicks for Porzingis.

Knicks getting fleecedI know you pretty much have to move unhappy stars in the NBA for whatever you can get but this is gonna be crazy good for the Mavs with Doncic[Edited on January 31, 2019 at 4:17 PM. Reason : sp]
1/31/2019 4:14:31 PM
Except they will immediately become the worst defensive team in the league. And they'll have to give KP a huge contract when he hasn't proven anything in the NBA. KP has yet to show he can be an efficient scores and has shown he is a sub par rebounder and awful defender. His ceiling is basically a poor man's Melo, but he hasn't been anywhere near that level yet.The Knicks get an upgrade at guard and 2 expiring contracts for KP and some replacement level players. Without any other moves the Knicks now will be able to sign 2 max free agents this off-season. Clearly the winner of this trade depends on what the Knicks do this off-season and who they draft in the lottery. They are in all out tank mode right now.[Edited on January 31, 2019 at 4:32 PM. Reason : Porzingis is probably the most overhyped player in the league]
1/31/2019 4:27:53 PM
DSJ is gonna be slangin wood all over the big apple
1/31/2019 4:35:48 PM
Update: NYK also get 2 future #1'sI think this hurts the Lakers. If I'm the pelicans no way do I take a trade for AD that doesn't include at least 3 of Ingram/Kuzma/Ball/Hart and 3 #1's. Also still no way in hell I'd trade him before the off-season.
1/31/2019 6:20:44 PM
On paper, I think the Mavs win this trade. But, both teams are basically taking a bet here. The Mavs are obviously betting on KP - one, that he isn't fucked from the injury. Two, that he will actually develop into a force. If he can pair well with Doncic, they could be a playoff team with a couple of role players. The Knicks are better on the picks + DSJ (sort of - I don't think they're hitching their wagon to him too much) + a big get this summer. KD is what people are talking about, but it could be anyone - they're going to have a lot of cap space. I'm guessing that Wes won't even play a game for them and DJ is on his way out anyway.

Rockets really need Capela back ASAP
2/13/2019 10:40:01 PM
just spotted Bob Johnson in the 2nd or 3rd row
2/17/2019 8:59:31 PM
Up and down season especially with all the injuries but Rockets have officially won the season series vs MAH DUBS even without Paul in one game and without Harden tonight (and with BOOGIE!!!)
2/23/2019 11:31:18 PM
pretty bummed about muh Dubs. Combine that with muh Vawls dropping 2 of the last 3, and it's not a great sports week.
2/24/2019 12:31:07 AM
saw Durant for the first time in person tonight he’s incredible, and I don’t know how anyone could stop him
2/25/2019 11:19:43 PM
Tragic news: Harden's streak is over
2/26/2019 10:07:03 AM
Double Technical Fouls are usually a huge cop out by the refs
2/27/2019 12:39:35 AM
6-1 with a 6 game win streak since Capela came back, isn't the regular season exciting! Also anyone know who is 2nd in the league in steals right now??Meanwhile, in the Town....
3/6/2019 7:13:10 AM
LOL Lakers shut down Ingram and Ball. Full on tank mode in LA. If they sit LeBron as well they should be fined.
3/9/2019 11:23:40 PM
Hornets the NC State of the NBA? Didnt get their first FT tonight until 5:16 left in 2nd quarter. At one point Houston was up 19-0 in FTA
3/11/2019 9:48:27 PM
They are just sinking into the hell. They dunno what they are doing basically. Something is seriously wrong.
3/12/2019 9:53:47 AM
Their best case scenario might be for Walker to bail honestly. They're not gonna do shit with or without him in the next 5 years, so they might as well tank again.
3/12/2019 9:59:04 AM
If the Rockets win tomorrow night, the run in could get interesting. That said, Warriors might have something to prove after that Suns game so prob won't happen.
3/12/2019 10:39:08 AM
^^ The best strategy for them is probably trying to acquire Zion in the summer draft, but they may then trade him out like what they did to Kobe before. Also Zion may not be satisfied staying near his hometown (like Jordan?), as he rejected Clemson last yr. Who knows? If he really is the next Lebron, he should proof himself by winning a championship for Charlotte.[Edited on March 12, 2019 at 11:06 AM. Reason : add another note]
3/12/2019 10:57:08 AM
Lol, short of the miracle scenario where they win the first pick in the lottery, how the hell are the Hornets going to land Zion? The Hornets are literally the most irrelevant franchise in the NBA
3/12/2019 11:35:43 AM
3/12/2019 11:37:23 AM
Not necessarily the first pick. Jordan was No. 3. After Zion got injured, his prospect comes with a shadow.[Edited on March 12, 2019 at 11:43 AM. Reason : grammar]
