The cop was a dick, but why was that guy himself being a dick driving around the streets in some annoying mode for wannabe racers? That shouldn't even exist. The video clearly showed him "engaging in a verbal altercation" and "emerging from the trailer and confronting officers".

The video clearly shows that the charges of communicating threats and resist, obstruct, and delay, and any future charges are totally legit (oh, and also being shot... totally justified).

(can you imagine being woken-up to a robot with a flaslight moving around your house, and people yelling outside?)
