Fell in the finale against GT today. Williamson was off, but there were some awful defensive plays in the OF that helped GT pad their lead. Big to take 2/3 this weekend though. ECU mid week, A&T weekend series, ECU again midweek and then the Duke following weekend.

I was hoping Avent would hold off Brown so he could go against ECU tomorrow, but it looked like he wanted to keep the same rotation intact. At least with the Friday rainout Williamson can go tomorrow.

Clemson just got swept @ Lousiville & lost 2 of 3 @ Duke
UNC just got swept @ Wake & lost 2 of 3 @ UVA (and lost a midweek game to Coastal)
Louisville just lost 2 of 3 at BC

not sure if that's just a tough stretch of ACC ball for them or if things are shaping up nicely for us. It seems like every time I get my hopes us, I get Shit on. Life of a state fan I suppose.

Clemson and UNC fell out of the top 25, they don't seem nearly as daunting anymore.

Conference standings by conference win%:

#1 FSU .765
#2 Miami .737
#3 Louisville .667
#4 NC State .625
#5 UVA .524

Games-wise we're 2.5 back of both FSU and Miami, 1.5 games back of Louisville, 1.5 ahead of UVA.
