MUCH better than yesterday. I am well rested and didn't step in cat puke or explode anything all over my kitchen. And I got to enjoy watching a cute little bunny eating grass in our yard for a while this morning. This is when I stop liking the "let's talk about how our days went" game. I ended up doing 5 singles and a set of 2. I was pretty surprised. I've been able to do regular pullups for a long time but could never get a wide grip one. Maybe it's all the back exercises I did in PT. I pretty much just decided I was now able to do them. The same thing happened a year or two ago when I decided I wanted to switch from chin-ups to pullups. So just ... decide that you can now do chin-ups. This may or may not have factored into my resolution.

I agree that you should go wide grip more often. It forces you to utilize your scapula whereas with pullups just outside the shoulders or even narrower, you're inclined to use forearms because the strength is not quite there yet. You end up building biceps rather than back.And did you see this yet? Yeah, while I would love to claim that pic, she seems less vertically challenged. ^^ I saw another article on the same topic last week. I have never used bands except on a rare super high volume pullup day up until the last few weeks. I jerry rigged one as part of my shoulder rehab. It seems to have helped. Fuck. Cilantro. I have heard that the cilantro hatred is genetic several times. But now I am wondering, are there any other foods that have genetic components to tasting them?
