3 nice guys, each will finish last. The real winner will finish on her face.

Amirite?

leading on three guys at once, regardless of whether you're sleeping with them or not, is childish and sleazy. people like you are what make our generation's system of courtship absolutely shit.

I appologize, but no where did I read that these men wanted to "court her". If they proposed a monogomous/exclusive relationship, then yes this would be sleezy, but as I see it, all is fair in love and war...

Fuck, in today's world, it is best to assume that every gal worth chasing has prolly got at least two other guys interested in her. You gotta strike while the iron is hot.

Let me break it down like this..

If they are all paying for dinner they will each be upset when they find out someone else was paying for dinner.

Dudes are really serious on who buys you food.

What does the food mean?

Was it recreational food?
Was there conversation with the food?
Or did there not need to be conversation with the food?
Was the food good? Or was it just ok food?
Did you eat your food safely or did you risk food poisoning?
If you get serious with someone will you still go get food with someone else?

These are all questions they will ask themselves when they find out others have been buying you food.

thread title says 'dating', it's assumed they are all working toward the end goal of inserting the summer sausage into the hot pocket.

Also, if she's not fucking 1 of the 3, then it's safe to assume she's got a fuck buddy on the side that we're not aware of

This shows the difference between men and women. A man just playing the field would be fucking 3 women, a woman wants to build 3 relationships.

This will end with you alone, or with the most beta male of the group.

That brings up a good point though...

What "cheating" is worse being emotionally attached to 3 people at once or sleeping with someone.

One is more like an opportunistic sport the other is more devious in my opinion. But I'm a dude and I do know both are wrong.

I always thought dating=bwning. Using the term dating to describe a plutonic exploratory friendship seems silly. Also those guys are not looking for any new female "friends"......

I, for one, see nothing wrong with what she's doing, aside from the stupid question of the birthday party thing. And the "of course they pay" attitude.

She's not cheating on anyone if they haven't established exclusivity. She hasn't promised any of them anything.

LOL that is what I was thinking. If I don't at least get a kiss from a girl by date 3 then i lose interest. I'm
not trying to sound like a dick but my expectations are slightly due to this...

Quote :

I'll give the first date as a "getting to know you, too soon" but after a 3rd date (unless it was just a bad date) i'd assume i have the green light to at least make a move; if i haven't already. If she shoots me down than I assume she's doing some other guy, i've already been friend zoned, and/or she is just going for the free meals/entertainment.

Sounds like these guys from the OP too "nice" and have no balls.

Honestly I have female friends that I'll make/buy dinner for sometimes. I'm attracted to them (aka if i were drunk and they
grabbed my piece i wouldn't turn it down) but I am not interested in romantically pursuing them. I just enjoy their companionship.
Plus they are good for getting female advice on dating/fashion/etc lol

Nope, only the super beta male will stand by and wait for her other "relationships" to end.

how would you feel if you found out one or more of them was going on dates with another woman at the same time

nothing serious, of course, but basically the same thing youre doing

if that makes you mad, then you need to stop what youre doing

if not, then who gives a shit

I've done this before as a way to keep me from rebounding straight into another serious relationship. All the guys knew there were others though and I told them from the beginning I didn't want anything serious. I didn't make them pay for shit, but some guys refuse to let me pay. It worked out for the most part, except some of the guys got too attached. I ended up pity dating one of them and broke his heart. So, just don't let them guilt you into dating them because it won't end well. Also, don't invite any of them to your birthday.

Some of y'all are super judgey and way off base. There are only two "problems" with this dating around business:

1. It's often a cover for the fact that you have developed some trust issue, fear of being hurt, etc... Not a big deal, and you can definitely overcome these issues without explicitly acknowledging and addressing them, but yeah...

2. It's impossible. "We're just having fun...enjoying each other's company!" will eventually turn into wondering why he hasn't called recently and if he's getting bored with you. You might experience these things unconsciously as a general sort of uneasiness/anxiety in your life. And, of course, dating three guys can help stave it off. But, unless things die down naturally and soon, the feelings are coming...and there's a good chance you're gonna look crazy.

yeah its always good to have more than 1 person you're "talking to" because if you get blown off by one person you just text the other to keep your emotions in check.

otherwise you gonna get a severe case of the one-itis

sooner or later though, the "so, what are we?" conversation will pop up.

From ages 16 until 22, I jumped directly from one serious relationship to another. I basically decided I couldn't handle another one and just did whatever the fuck I wanted. I think part of my 'I don't give a fuck about your feelings' came from being pissed off at my exes, which wasn't fair to the new guys, but I'm only human. However, when someone tells you that they don't give a fuck about your feelings and if you start to like them then you're going to get heartbroken, I think it makes it pretty clear. They choose to stick around and I ended it when I felt they were getting too attached. I didn't really feel like I was dating any of these guys and didn't owe them anything.

If it wouldn't bother her if she found out they were doing the same thing to her, and if she's not purposely trying to hide stuff from them or lying to them, then I see nothing wrong with what she's doing

Sorry y'all by my "of course they pay" statement I didn't mean it with an entitlement tone. I meant of course they pay because they are really nice. Like I said I have offered to buy but they refuse. And most of the time when I go to the bar I will buy most of my drinks.

The jackbag was cheating on me...the difference is he was the one who pushed for an exclusive relationship and he lied to me.

In all reality I'm assuming that they too are seeing other people occasionally as well. It is a small town so I'm sure I'll hear about it eventually. I wouldn't expect them to sit around waiting for me.

I do have some trust issues. I'm scared to jump into a commitment too fast. Every time that's happened someone has ended up hurt.

Two of them have made the move and I told them I wasn't ready to go there yet. The third that hasn't made the move is the one that I've seen the least. He's a fisherman and not on land much. One of the other guys is starting to reveal some crazy exgf baggage...and I'm not sure if I'm going to want to deal with it. Apparently she's been asking around town about me.

Also, y'all caught me EMCE is my fuck buddy.
