ehh... it's probably lawyers going back and forth. he is within his rights to tell his lawyer to quit negotiating.

Damn. Well that was a random chain of events that caused me to bump this thread.

I am pretty sure he is gonna be found guilty. He could try to convince the jury someone else had his car, struck this girl, then drove it over to his house and parked it. The problem he will have with that is he is a known drunk driver and that story makes no fucking sense.

so why has this trial taken so long? I feel like most are usually started within 6 months to a year. Especially all these murder trials of husbands, BFs killing their significant others.

3 years in jail seems to be enough punishment for a hit and run of a girl that stumbled into your car's path. should just let him go and save tax payers expense of trial at this point

Lol always the *NOT MAHHHHHH TAX DOLLARS* with this guy. Can always count on him to bring the GOLO to TWW.

[Edited on May 9, 2016 at 9:14 AM. Reason : So you're arguing to not even convict him of a crime? Tell that to the girls' parents.]

2 mins of google found this, says 8 months. of course could be more than that but he has done 4 times more already

Quote :
"If the accident results in death or a serious injury, Class H felony charges may be filed. Felony hit and run carries a potential sentence of up to 8 months for a first time offender. "

lol nice cherry picking there

Quote :
"This means if you have no criminal history, 8 months is the most time you will be sentenced to. If, however, you have prior convictions on your record, this sentence can be increased substantially."

[Edited on May 10, 2016 at 11:21 AM. Reason : you're really coming hard with the weaksauce here lately ]

[Edited on May 10, 2016 at 11:23 AM. Reason : Also his lawyer is determining the schedule here. Not the state.]

Didn't I read he was charged with second degree murder? Why are we talking about sentences for hit and run?

Dammmn beatsunc...Back at it again with the cherry picking!

Quote :

So if he would have stopped he probably would have got murder, but bc they can't prove he was drunk he got off with manslaughter.

What are the odds he gets deported?
