Ah...so now we're doing cumulative stats. How many negative yards do you get for the butt fumble???
7/18/2013 3:17:52 PM
actually asked if we were doing cumulative stats numerous times on the last page and no one answered
7/18/2013 3:19:04 PM
Sorry guys, if we're adding Glennon, we've got to add Barkley too. I say we wait till this season ends to get a better idea. My .02
7/18/2013 3:19:36 PM
there's that too, although I dont think either will play much
7/18/2013 3:20:01 PM
I keep saying come up with three, because there is only one school for you to come up with. There is only one set of people. That is part of my point, there is only one other school out there that has three quarterbacks in the NFL. And did you read my post I said two different way to look at it. It can be looked at a number of different of ways. That is why I wanted the set of people first and then we can go from there.^^Yes clearly if the argument was best 4 in the NFL, USC is the only team. But taking the best three available, I have State if we are looking who I want on my team today. And Jaybee, that top post on the page is what I was looking for. Come up with three and do the different comparisons. It is in now way a black and white answer, so discuss how it is. [Edited on July 18, 2013 at 3:24 PM. Reason : ]

no... he said three in the last decade, not three currently playing. Brady, Henne, Robinson, and Henson (and no, not saying they are better, just naming three+)[Edited on July 18, 2013 at 3:23 PM. Reason : d]
7/18/2013 3:22:52 PM
You're right. I was just looking at playing today and not actually looking at the original quote.
7/18/2013 3:25:51 PM
you are alright Michael Martin Murphy, we started out a bit rocky but I respect a man that can admit when hes wrong. Much like I admitted I was wrong when i said RW wouldnt have the best rookie season ever by a Wisconsin QB[Edited on July 18, 2013 at 3:28 PM. Reason : d]
7/18/2013 3:27:47 PM
Tennessee has 3 QBs in the NFL.
7/18/2013 3:28:43 PM
^^ Two things, first I think I am one of few people who would get that name reference without having to google. And two, I can admit I was wrong because we would be arguing about two completely different things if I didn't. And is kinda worthless arguing about different things. We may both be right about what we are arguing about, but still won't see eye to eye.
7/18/2013 3:31:31 PM
oh they wont like to see that, nope, not at all... prepare to be ran out of town. They hate things like constructive, logical discussion that actually gets somewhere.

Tulloch over Mayo? no wayand dont forget Meachem or Denarius Mooreand Scott Wells is a pro bowler at Center[Edited on July 18, 2013 at 3:53 PM. Reason : d]
7/18/2013 3:51:18 PM
Meacham and Moore are average like Cotchery, I was just objectively giving Witten his propsI'd say Tulloch is a little better than Mayo though...I mean Mayo has more tackles, but duh, he's an inside linebacker and Tulloch is an OLB
7/18/2013 3:58:28 PM
Mayo was ROY, two time pro bowler and All-pro... as far as I remember Tulloch hasnt been either.
7/18/2013 4:03:38 PM
Tulloch is 'going against' Ware, Matthews, etcaside from Ray Lewis, who are the great AFC inside linebackers Mayo is going up against for voting?
7/18/2013 4:08:29 PM
maybe there isnt as much competition because he is that much better than most the competition? You make this sound like you did some Jaworski like film comparison of the two.
7/18/2013 4:12:55 PM
maybe the AFC is weaker than the NFC when it comes to inside backers? you make it sound like Mayo is Patrick Willis, but just happens to be in the AFChell, Luke Kuechly led the entire NFL in tackles last year and didn't even make the Pro Bowl, thats how stacked the NFC is with linebackers[Edited on July 18, 2013 at 4:17 PM. 7/18/2013 4:14:13 PM
of course he isnt... but you cant discount more than 1/2 of the NFL. There are 32+ starting NFL ILBs. To be one of the top 4 selected....
7/18/2013 4:18:43 PM
lolSan Fran has 2 ILBs better than Mayo...that wraps up the NFC balloting right there[Edited on July 18, 2013 at 4:21 PM. Reason : .]

^ so which was he, a two time pro bowler or all-pro? [Edited on July 18, 2013 at 4:37 PM. Reason : d]
7/18/2013 4:37:07 PM
Last 5 seasons:Tulloch 430 tackles 7.5 sacks 2 forced fumbles 10 recoveries 3 INTMayo 428 tackles 7.5 sacks 8 forced fumbles 5 recoveries 3 INTAlmost identical numbers but Mayo is clearly better objectively.
7/18/2013 4:43:25 PM
no, you didnt say anything about numbers, you said my statement about all-pro and pro bowl was wrong... so was it?ibtprobowldontmeanshitnot seeing him on the 2011 All-Pro team...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_All-Pro_Team[Edited on July 18, 2013 at 4:50 PM. Reason : d]
