i used a dunkin donuts gift card someone had given me for xmas to get an egg white sandwich and it was disgusting. and it took entirely too long considering i'm 99% sure they just microwaved the egg and threw it on some bread.

pre-gym: breakfast muffin (zucchini, carrot, berries, flax, etc.) with almond butterpost-gym: nonfat cottage cheese (which, for the record, really needs fat) with cantaloupe and strawberries, protein coffeeI am almost at the end of my frozen breakfast muffins. I need to think up some more things I can make and freeze to eat in the morning that take ~30 seconds. A banana with nut butter gets a little old.

I just put protein powder in my coffee sometimes.[Edited on February 10, 2012 at 10:22 AM. Reason : it's really good to make a shake with iced coffee, but I never actually do that anymore]

Mix it with a splash of cold water first (it would work really well to shake it instead of just stirring, but meh), then add the coffee. I am using cookies and cream because that is all I have left. It sweetens the coffee and adds a creaminess to it. As long as you get it mixed before you add a full cup of coffee it doesn't clump.
