The new burgers are pretty good but i don't like that they don't heat their buns. Cold buns are lame.

^^^it wasn't $.99. i was expecting normal run of the mill cinnamon, which isn't expensive nor hard to find.

The chili cheese fries are pretty good. Can't eat them all because they get too soggy.

They used to have the Carolina Classic. Burger + Slaw + Chili

Don't know if they do anymore since they changed their hamburgers.

People complaining about Wendy's, but I'd take it over McDonald's any day. I usually just get their chicken sandwich and sometimes a vanilla frosty.

I liked the mushroom cheddar burger. My husband ordered one and had me take a bite of it. I like a simple burger with just cheese and ketchup. I don't like mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, etc. The mushroom cheddar burger was perfect. It really is just cheese and mushrooms and the mushrooms aren't overwhelming. It was right up my alley. And my husband liked it because of all of the cheese.

no, Wendy's dropped the pretzel bun for a new brioche bun. commercials have been all over about it.

I hardly ever eat fast food, but i think that Hardee's burgers are the best since they did all their changes, bet they're really good with this new "fresh baked bun"

disclaimer: i've only had wendy's once since they changed their burgers, and i never tried the pretzel bun

i don't ever eat at hardee's anymore, because the last half dozen or so times i went there, it took waaaaaay too long to get my food.

I'm pretty sure that Wendy's has both the pretzel bun and the brioche bun right now. And their pretzel bun is actually pretty disappointing, so even if it is gone I don't care.

But this mushroom burger of theirs is pretty damn amazing, no doubt.

And Hardees' thickburgers forever!

Ever since Wendys tried to come out with a supposedly epic burger using some shitty nacho cheese sauce in the mid 2000s I have been unable to take them seriously.

"The thing about bacon is, once you’ve put it on one thing, everyone expects you to dump it all over everything else. Which is just fine with Wendy’s, as the chain is extending the Baconator brand from its burgers to its new bacon-and-cheese fries.
The menu item is a limited time offer, but in the short time it’ll be available, the $1.99 Baconator Fries don’t skimp on toppings: Wendy’s natural-cut fries are drizzled with warm cheddar sauce and topped with bacon, before shredded cheddar is added as the cheesy cherry on top.
Wendy’s knows that people like bacon, simply put, citing bacon sales at an all-time high and the 50 or so bacon festivals planned for 2015 in its announcement. But Wendy’s wants customers to know its bacon is different from all the other bacon out there, noting that the chain cooks its bacon fresh in restaurants every day.
“Others use factory cooked bacon and reheat it in a microwave because it’s easier, but that just isn’t the Wendy’s way,” said Kurt Kane, Wendy’s chief concept officer in a press release. “When you walk into a Wendy’s and smell the bacon cooking, then you know we treat it with the respect that bacon lovers deserve.”
Or just the respect bacon deserves in general. Because mmm, bacon."

I was in until "cheese sauce"
