Owing to the fact that elise just gets slayed by the pine pollen, we've mostly shut the house up.

I've got fabric in three open windows, to mist to catch pollen.

Two of these three are my tchitanges - think of all those bright printed cloths african women use a clothes/turbans/baby slings/etc. That's what these are.

Glacier is absolutely losing his shit at one of these. He's just lying in the yard barking on the one in the bathroom window. When I made it move, he stood up and got excited.

So cute, but slightly annoying

We did. He is a collie/golden mix.

But matt took him back to the shelter b/c he wasn't going to be happy here (merely tolerated glacier, saw us as his primary associates, etc.)

Sounds fine to me.

We're not planning to adopt another until October/whenever I come back from Colorado. Tanuk would be FANTASTIC to have, even temporarily.
