No one has yet answered this question, so I will ask again.

In addition, someone went out to Lou Dobbs' house and shot at his wife. Should that be prosecuted as a hate crime?

^ why wouldn’t that be a hate crime (although i’m not sure if property crimes are typically prosecuted as hate crimes)?

And it depends on why they shot lou dobb’s wife.

really? you think it was just a random person that drove in to the neighborhood and shot at his wife?

btw, if someone spraypainted "NIGGERS DIE" on a black church, you can damned well bet that it would be considered a "hate crime."
