i wish they would have kept mohinder killed off. i can't stand him.

I was using haitian as a verb to describe his power, of course they didn't use the kid who hadnt been born yet to do it.and yes, it was strongly implied if not explicitly stated at the end of that flashback episode
11/17/2009 10:40:02 PM
i really like the emphasis on claire's tits and ass to show that she is now in college.
11/17/2009 10:55:30 PM
i wish they would have kept mohinder parkman killed off. i can't stand him.btw, they really emphasized peter copying nathan's ability, moreso than usual. is this a hint that sylar is now in peter instead?[Edited on November 18, 2009 at 2:10 AM. Reason : -]

Where is sylar? I thought he went back into "nathan" but why is he still acting like "nathan"? Is he trying to trick peter? Why didn't peter know 'nathan" was sylar? He's the one who stabbed him with the needle.
11/18/2009 11:23:29 AM
I figure Sylar's laying low so he can sneak up on Mama Patrelli (sp I'm sure) and eliminate her.
11/18/2009 5:02:57 PM
^^ I also get the impression that the carnival is traveling through time somehow, so it could be possible that in 8 actual weeks he's aged more than that.
11/18/2009 5:47:49 PM
nah.. i doubt it, otherwise he wouldn't need hiro
11/18/2009 7:55:35 PM
^he had another time traveler, but he died

11/19/2009 9:12:24 AM

right...but that many people in 8 weeks? really less than 8, because it hadn't been 8 full weeks until Hiro went back in time.
11/20/2009 3:56:53 AM
most of those people were already in the family. they followed his brother and he killed his brother so everyone needed a new leader. Hense the whole opening scene of the season was him giving a funeral speach marking his "beoming the leader". come on people
11/20/2009 10:40:19 AM
but during the flashback it was clear his brother already knew how powerful Samuel could get, and protected him from getting that way. I would assume that means keeping him away from other specials, so that would mean there was no one else at the carnival that the brother was aware of.i'm just going to leave it up as one of this show's many plot holes. i don't know why i bother watching anymore but i can't stop.
11/20/2009 11:14:22 AM
he had a time traveler, he could have been plucking them from anywhere in time8 weeks doesn't necessarily equal 8 weeks where wacky time-hopping hijinx can ensue
11/20/2009 12:34:32 PM
At the beginning of this episode, I had been thinking that it must be a little strange playing the Haitian's character because you almost never have speaking parts, and you're used pretty infrequently.
11/20/2009 12:38:51 PM
He was badass in the first season, he was in almost every episode and didn't speak at all until the last few.His character was ruined for me in Volume 3 when we saw his family background, now there's less mystery to him.
11/20/2009 2:37:24 PM
I didn't like the stuff was his brother, but the stuff from the comics about his father was fascinating. His father had the power to cause pleasure and feelings of positivity or absolute pain and fear. Because of this he was like a medicine/demi-god in the tribe. He lost the faith of the people when his son's power manifested as he couldn't protect them with René negating his powers. Out of anxiety, René lashed out his people and clawed every memory from their minds turning them into zombies. http://www.nbc.com/heroes/novels/index.shtml?novel=35
11/20/2009 2:53:06 PM
so are they just like FUCK ECLIPSES at this point?
11/20/2009 3:11:34 PM
that would have been an awesome combo with the dude who gets strength off of fear
11/20/2009 5:27:54 PM
Tonight's episode cleared a few things up...and by that I mean took away many of the theories posted that explain how Samuel gathered everyone so fast.It seems like almost everyone there knew Joseph...so they were there before his death which was the same night Samuel realized his potential AND "killed" Suresh. So as I mentioned before:
11/23/2009 9:09:41 PM
11/23/2009 11:01:38 PM
Is Danko the "government agent" that Joseph sent a compass to?
11/23/2009 11:41:03 PM
they could cut that whole carnival crowd out and i'd be much happier. i'm just not a fan of the whole group/setting/storyline there.
11/24/2009 9:32:30 AM
11/24/2009 2:03:44 PM
This show is on an upswing. I'm starting to get back into it again.
11/24/2009 9:04:27 PM
who is the dreadlocks dude with samuel/hiro at the end? i know he's been around before, i just don't remember when or what he did.
11/24/2009 10:23:15 PM
he's one of the carnies. he was used to help sylar regain memories when he was in the camp previously.
11/24/2009 11:52:50 PM
what's the deal with the compass? does it direct to the carnival or specifically to Samuel? I think its a stretch that Mohinder was able to create one from scratch. also, does peter still have the compass tattoo?
11/25/2009 9:21:21 AM
the film said something about a force that was emitted, i dunno if it was by samuel himself or by people with powers, making the high density of such people at the carnival cause the compass to point towards them as a whole
11/25/2009 9:38:16 AM
^^I think the more important question would be that if Mohinder and his father produced these thrown together version then how did the carnies end up with ones that look like keepsakes and can be passed out to possible family members.
11/25/2009 12:41:07 PM
it's under the category of "don't worry about it."
11/26/2009 10:16:28 PM
^you could say that about most of this show...especially the entire 2nd season
11/26/2009 11:26:11 PM
so... how did sylar's face turn to nathan's face when he was in Haitian range?
11/30/2009 10:00:02 PM
He was also able to shapeshift into that old black lady in the elevator while standing right next to Peter. And then lift Peter up by the neck with one hand. Shit makes no sense.
12/1/2009 9:29:18 AM
for the elevator, peter wasn't focusing his haitian powers on sylar, so that's why they weren't suppressed for the nathan shapeshift i have no idea, maybe he was tired from Mentoking?also wtf where hiro, suresh, and ando were running through a jungle, did i miss something?
12/1/2009 9:32:28 AM
i wondered about that too... i honestly can't remember what hero was last up to... i know he saw the carnival guy kill his brother with that chick, but can't remember anything after that.
12/1/2009 9:18:42 PM
^ he was brainwashed by the islander guy, then was stuck at the carnival. It was weird that we did not see him there during claire's stay.
12/2/2009 12:23:50 AM
The part with hiro running through the jungle was part of a flashback series...I think that's around when you first meet the haitian? I dunno... the first couple seasons are all a blur to me at this point.
12/2/2009 1:03:33 AM
Last time we saw Hiro, he was standing up to Samuel. Samuel was then like "Oh. So it's gonna be like that?" then the dude with the dreadlocks appeared behind Hiro and did something to his head. Hiro said something in Japanese and disappeared. I think he said something about saving a cat (at the beginning of the season when him and Ando were doing the "Heroes for Hire" thing and the little girl called about her cat that was stuck on the lamp post).I, too, have no idea what the part about Hiro, Ando, and Mohinder running in the jungle was about and I can't recall a prior episode when they were doing that.
12/2/2009 9:44:05 AM
Oh hey.. maybe all the times he was was jumping through time earlier this season, it was really after the dude fucked with his head. That's why he's having nose bleeds.
12/2/2009 5:41:33 PM
the stigmata were a bit too much, wouldn't you say?
12/2/2009 6:18:06 PM
lol you guys are rat soupin it up in here, i see

^^^ what im saying is that the crucifixion scene was stupid and unnecessary. it feels like they thought they were soooooooo clever from the way they did it though
12/6/2009 5:01:39 PM
supposedly heroes is getting the axe!http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/rorschachsrants/news/?a=12420this is good news imo. i've never seen a show go from so good to so bad as quickly as this one.
