I'll admit it, I enjoyed it. It's no masterpiece of film, but it was enjoyable

Maybe the success of this one will inspire a talented director to make a better car movie too, who knows. There certainly haven't been many in the past couple years, or even that many good chase sequences really. The last chase sequence I remember really getting into was the Mini in Bourne Identity.

it wasn't a car movie really, in the sense that cars themselves played a minor role in the plot and the dialogue. the car scenes felt really forced. they just threw the cars in there to satisfy people who have come to expect them from this series of movies

Also, it says Rob Cohen is teaming up with Vin Diesel later this summer to begin working on another sequel to the 2002 hit XXX and I'm actually kind of excited for this too.
