ha, thanks. i know it might sound ignorant, but out of the dozens of african americans i know, a significant percentage of them don't swim. and i just met one who was afraid of the water. and i quote " i get panic attacks when water gets in my face when i shower." and "i get scared when i can't see my feet". so i make a thread to ask if other have encountered this and acknowledge that its an broad generalization. just asking questions here holmes.
