I find it a little annoying that the Supreme Court is run by an extreme partisan group of hacks that perjured themselves to get on the court, have no respect for the actual law, precedent, or constitution

Not really, you're greatly exaggerating things, ironically from a partisan perspective. To say that these justices have no respect for the actual law is absurd. I get why you're angry, but come on lmao. The Supreme Court is the most respectable institution out of the branches, or any government institution, you may disagree with the people chosen or how that happened, but give me a break on "no respect for the constitution", what a joke
Even liberal law folk would laugh at that. Just because the Republicans managed to get a majority doesn't mean we're all in ruins, these Justices still speak to the letter of the law as demonstrated in their views on it. By the virtue of each Justice, liberal or conservative, having their lives dedicated to law, decades before, the ethos itself speaks for that.

If you wanna blame anyone, blame the Republicans in this case for winning, that's what you're really angry at it, otherwise an eye wouldn't have been batted

Good, because the Supreme Court is not accountable to what people care about, and purposefully so.

To answer your question, previous presidents have said things about the Supreme Court, Obama did too, so nothing particular to Biden. I just find it annoying when politicians speak to the court as if the court makes conscious decisions on what people want or like based on policy, when that's not the case. It's cheap, but so is all politics I guess
