depends on where you work as to what days are busy. and you don't have to go corporate if you don't want. but totally just depends on the place. i worked at a bar so there were def some week nights that were busy. think sporting events. and lots of places have specials during the week...those weeknights are good. then again there are chains that are busy every night so, it totally depends where you are!!
