the really weird thing is, pop ups seem to not be a problem, until i check on this thread again, and then every time i do, they start right back up (well, maybe not so weird considering it gets bttt every time it starts again, but still, it never seems to happen until i actually go into this thread)

So I stopped using Firefox breifly because of the constant crashing, but I'm about to go back to it because I forgot how much I love adblock. These ads that randomly decide to resize and it stops me from scrolling down the page until I click away from the ad focus, and also take focus if I hover over them even for a second, well they are bullshit.I remember back when the ads were all gifs, and not even those blinky "you have won a prize" gifs, they just slowly scrolled through a few panes of information. I guess that wasn't as profitable as these COMPLETELY UNRELATED ads are.

4/6/2023 1:27:47 PM
What about a pop-up that plays a loud-rockin' rap song or somethin'? I think it would get things crazy.]
4/7/2023 6:18:45 PM
I think before you post a reply, you have to watch a 30-second ad, but that you can skip it after 5 seconds. That would really get things rockin.
4/7/2023 7:26:55 PM
You guys stopped getting popups??
