can you at least pour paint on them or something? I mean how are you supposed to legally keep them from doing it?
11/6/2007 12:42:43 PM
1) cut their throats before they can call the cops. 2) refer to various mob movies for hints on getting rid of bodies. ]]
11/6/2007 12:44:15 PM
Just keep some red paint with you, and once they paint something, just go back over it with red. Just make sure you have more paint than they do.

We got on College Football Live today in the Extra Points segment, Jesse Palmer said we had a good chance to beat Carolina and win one of our last two games to make it to a bowl. I guess it's better than being completely ignored by ESPN.

Any chance of a live online video feed for those out-of-marketers?
11/6/2007 8:59:03 PM

lol. it's be funny if we did end up playing fresno state or boise state. Weren't they the ones ole chuckles pissed off last year with the "partial-qualifiers" comment?[Edited on November 6, 2007 at 11:16 PM. Reason : ]
11/6/2007 11:16:43 PM
^ no, that was akron
11/6/2007 11:23:07 PM
WE'D RED UP BOISE STATE'S FIELDorWE'D SHOW FRESNO STATE HOW WE DEAL WITH TEAMS CALLED FSUorWE WENT 6-6 BUT WEREN'T BOWL ELIGIBLE SINCE ONE OF OUR WINS WAS AGAINST D1-AA/FCS SCHOOL
11/6/2007 11:25:59 PM
I know we lost to akron but the comment pissed off coaches elsewhere. I think it may have been the Fresno State that reportedly said for chuck to name a time and place.

http://www.newsobserver.com/734/story/763457.htmlRivalry needs prizeJ. Andrew Curliss, Staff WriterIt has been played longer than the Backyard Brawl (Pittsburgh-West Virginia) and the Red River Shootout (Texas-Oklahoma).It's more intense than the Apple Cup (Washington-Washington State) or the Black and Blue Bowl (Memphis-Southern Mississippi). And the universities are closer in proximity than those in the Iron Bowl (Alabama-Auburn), the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party (Florida-Georgia), or the Duel in the Desert (Arizona-Arizona State). But the North Carolina-N.C. State football game has no name -- and no trophy.Athletics officials at both schools say they are unaware of any moniker for the rivalry or any type of trophy for the winner.Duke-Carolina has the Victory Bell, as do numerous other rivalries; Michigan and Minnesota has the Little Brown Jug; Indiana and Purdue play for the Old Oaken Bucket -- even Cincinnati and Lousiville play for a Keg of Nails. The Kansas-Kansas State Sunflower Showdown is one of many played for a governor's cup. (A spokesman for Gov. Mike Easley, Seth Effron, agreed there's no gubernatorial trophy for the champ here.)Indeed, dozens of games across the nation rise to enough of a rivalry to involve some kind of special title and trophy. Teams all over are in battles, wars, brawls and showdowns not just to hoist jugs, buckets and bells but also boots, shoes, pipes, cups and all sorts of other hardware.North Carolina, of course, is a part of the Oldest Rivalry in the South (with Virginia) already, though don't confuse it with the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry (Auburn-Georgia).And N.C. State plays the Textile Bowl with Clemson, a nod to the schools' similar missions, complete with a Textile Bowl trophy.Given the state's status as a barbecue mecca and a major pork producer, one trophy that might fit the State-Carolina meeting is a "Slab of Bacon" for the team that best brings it home. But that's been done: Minnesota and Wisconsin used to play for it as part of their "Border Battle." When that trophy was lost in the early 1940s, the schools started playing for Paul Bunyan's Axe, now held high by the winning team each year.It might seem obvious to call this Carolina Clash the I-40 Feud. But there are plenty of other highway games out there -- the Battle of I-25 (New Mexico-New Mexico State), the Battle of I-75 (Toledo-Bowling Green) and the War on I-4 (Central Florida-South Florida) among them.
11/7/2007 1:49:21 PM
slab of bacon? that person needs to be slapped
11/7/2007 2:01:29 PM
i cant believe if we win this game we will have a .500 record overall as well as in the conference. who the hell would of thought?

I just want to beat UNC. Bowl or no bowl......beat the holes and i'll be "OK" with this season. We've already improved from last year (albeit only one more win but improvement none the less). The recruiting class for next year is Top 25 in the nation and we still have a ways to go before February's signing period. WEAR REDBE LOUDHAVE F-BOMB ALLEY AT IT'S FINESTGO TO HELL CAROLINA!!!ROLL ON STATE!!!
11/7/2007 2:18:01 PM
I say, whoever winz the game has to kill a UNC fan.But seriously, why dont we play for a water cooler, since thats where the game will be discussed and the winner gets the bragging rights at his or her water cooler.
11/7/2007 2:21:06 PM
i look back at last years basketball season, and all i can remember is a win over UNC.thats all that matters.i'll take that for this years football season.to look back and all i can remember is a win over UNC.
11/7/2007 2:25:58 PM
11/7/2007 2:30:35 PM
I'd take 1-11 football seasons for the rest of my life if the one win was over UNC.

i hope yall have some good taunts, the times i've been have been disappointing. mostly just cuss words slurred together. the best one was the guy who told the band to play the smurf song, then said he'd kick all their asses....by himself
11/7/2007 4:25:02 PM
we don't need a trophy for this matchup, we should have set that up decades ago if we were going to do it.... the textile bowl is silly enough as it is :-p
