gonna bring beksinski back from page one...like all of his stuff before he got into digital art.the story of how he got into art is pretty fucked up as well. he didnt do art till a near-death experience, and most, if not all of his paintings were images of hell that stuck in his head from the experience (as far as i can remember).

punchmonk and i saw this at the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh a few years back. happened across it on youtube today. one of my favorite works of art EVER. he's doing successive charcoal drawings on the same sheet of paper and making a movie, frame at a time.
