Ha ha yeah they came over one day and saw the dogs... We took care of that... They were more upset at the fact that the other roommates hadn't called the office to let them know that they understood that they have to be out by the end of the month... Besides that isn't the issue here.

Countless times I have said to my roommates to contact them. They have told me that they will send out eviction notices to both of them... I mean I am not their mom. I should have to only say it once to these guys...

But the situation was messed up from the beginning... When I moved in I took over a guy's lease.. Thats how it was for my other roommates.. SO we kinda got screwed in the situation. We only paid a 150.00 deposit

But when we got here, the place was a giant shithole. I spent 3 hours cleaning the garbage downstairs in the basement.. It was awful. WHen i moved in there were holes in the walls and shit was broken. I spent a lot of time cleaning the place... My other roommate also spent a lot of time on the carpets.
It also seems that there is mold or something in the ventilation... I have literally been flu like sick like 8 times in the past year!

what we should have done was all of us should have moved out... and they should have cleaned the place up. Now the renting place has that policy when they didnt last year.

I mean given the situation, my other roommates have been really cooperative.

tke patrol is on the case now they aren't contributing enough to create any serious drama yet but it looks like it has potential
