I passed when I took it last Oct. I remember the only thing I wanted to do after that test was go have a beer. Instead the beer got interrupted by Senior Design project.

Yeah I graduated in '05..........I got a card that says I'm a certified Engineer in Training. This is from the Engineering board in SC though.

It will be talked about during the first meeting of E490. Even if you aren't signed up for E490 go to the first meeting as that is probably the most important out of all of them as you get the reference manual which is basically the key to passing the FE.

If anyone wants a reference book, I still have mine. They gave me credit even though I didn't return it. Thats free too.

I think you don't get that till after you graduate and State sends them something showing you got your degree. Atleast I think thats what it said on the letter I got.

It takes several months after you graduate. Make sure to update your address with the accreditation board in whatever state you applied for licensure. I took the test in April, graduated in May, and got my certificate in late August or early September, I think.

I think you can take it 3 or 4 times in a row. Then after that, you can only do it once a year maybe?
