well shit, If you want to count my peri work out and post workout shakes......

I'm going to probably eat tuna and some veggies later or cottage cheese with whey depending on how long I stay up.

I think I might, after I finish the cheapo buy one get one free's I got. From what I've seen, they are probably the best quality for the money. I don't think I'll be taking the number of caps recommended, though.

I had 2 chicken breasts pan seired in olive oil, cut up with tomatoes, basil, oregano, a little more olive oil over whole wheat pasta. Had a little salad, too.

Now I'm about to eat some tuna, broccoli, and something else(?).

All with lots of milk.

I'm fucking hungry. Today I've eaten a
6 egg omlete with red/green peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms, low fat mozzarella
3 servings of oatmeal with bannan and apple
big can of tuna
salad
chicken breast sandwich, with mozzarella, lettuce, tomato
orange, broccoli
peri and post workout drinks
2 chicken breasts rolled in parm, olive oil, peppered cut up over whole wheat pasta, tomatoes, basil, oregano, some olive oil
now I'm eating a pb&J and finishing off the 1/2 gallon of milk that was half full this morning.

I'm still fucking starving.

I know I want to make something with a green bell pepper, but I don't know what. I'm thinking I might stir-fry it with some soy chicken strips and some other vegetables.

i made stuffed shells last night--one with sausage that i brought to work today, and the other vegetarian that i froze for me and my bf to have another day. i had some of the vegetarian stuffing left over, so we're gonna stuff that in chicken and bake it tonight with steamed zuccini on the side. we're very excited

"I'm thinking about going to whole foods to buy steel cut and whole oats and see how much different they taste or if I notice a difference in my fat loss, but I'm not sure if I want to spend that much money on oatmeal. Maybe I should go to a nicer grocery store and try to find steel cut oats in one of the cardboard cans."

I bought some of the John McCanns (sp?) steel cut that someone mentioned in one of the threads (I think trap mentioned it), and let me tell you, they really do taste a shit ton better than the normal oats.

The texture is completely different (think chopped nuts) and definitely a more nutty flavor as mentioned.
