no good. where were you playing?
5/8/2006 11:18:46 PM
real relationships get sour after the honeymoon period.soon, it will be about trying to keep your dick in your pants, trying to "compromise", trying to make it to the next day without pulling a fucking trigger while the gun is down the bitch's throat.

I call it the "esgargs' College relationship without sex for 30 days" challenge. If you can pass that, I can hope for a glimmer of love.
5/8/2006 11:20:11 PM
Wow Abe...just wow.
5/8/2006 11:20:32 PM
i didnt read the thread i just chimed in, but if that was me and the girl expects that shit and verbalizes that she expects it, then she is most likely immature or a gold digger and either way doesnt respect the guy at all[Edited on May 8, 2006 at 11:39 PM. Reason : .]

THE HONEYMOON ENDED WHEN THE $12 QUIZNO'S TABS BECAME UNAFFORDABLE
5/8/2006 11:22:20 PM
^
5/8/2006 11:22:57 PM
I still disagree. The honeymoon ends when the girl throws her entire life outside of her boyfriend away and dissappears into seclusion with him for months and he gets irritated at her not having anything outside of him...then he stops showering her with affection because he knows she will be there and take her for granted and she no longer has an outside circle to return to to give him time to himself and that is when the honeymoon ends. Girls do this a lot and it pisses me off when they are like "But why doesn't he love me like he should?" Because you're forcefeeding yourself to him. But, I repeat, some girls are not in it for the money.
5/8/2006 11:25:57 PM
well if he ever gets married make sure he signs a prenuptive heard divorces are slightly more expensive than submarine sandwiches
5/8/2006 11:26:02 PM
ok i just read itdudethe point of the friends dinner thing was not truly that she wanted you to payit was probably that you did that shit in front of all her friends, i mean honestly, think about that shit, girls are all about impressing their friends, and to her you made her look badso that time I am 99% sure it wasnt about the money, more of the gesture, if that makes sense
5/8/2006 11:26:56 PM
pawprint, you're right in your own way...but it's not just the girls who are to be blamed. Also, ever wonder that you're single just because you're not insane about the idea of a college relationship?I frankly cannot understand being in a commitworthy relationship until I atleast have a career.
5/8/2006 11:27:49 PM
i hope to God this kid is using protectionpampers certainly cost more than a submarine sandwich
5/8/2006 11:29:51 PM
knowledge is wasted in this threadtime to move it to chit chat and truly let the trolls take over
5/8/2006 11:34:01 PM
5/8/2006 11:34:50 PM
put it in premium palaceoh wait...he wont be able to afford that either
5/8/2006 11:35:00 PM
See, you make sense there. You don't have to be in a relationship just cuz it's cool to be in one.
5/8/2006 11:36:59 PM
i didn't read the whole threadbutif you can't afford to pay for 2 lunches and switch off every once in awhile then why the fuck are you going out to eat?and yeah you shoulda paid for her food in front of her friends
5/8/2006 11:38:50 PM
I can see paying for her in front of her friends just because society expects it....but if her friends opinions matter more to her than her own...well, we have a problem.
5/8/2006 11:41:14 PM
^ but there lies 75% of all women, to an extent[Edited on May 8, 2006 at 11:43 PM. Reason : .]
5/8/2006 11:42:32 PM
why don't you guys just discuss the money issue before you go out to eat?its as easy as saying "i'll get lunch today" and then next time you go out saying "its your turn"if we're going out with friends josh usually pays for me, but then i always pay for him the next time we're outwe try to take turns, which i think is fair being that both of us are reasonably brokealso going dutch a lot of times is awkward so its easier to just switch off turns paying
5/8/2006 11:43:48 PM
5/8/2006 11:44:00 PM
Dude...If you fall for this shit and let her make you feel guilty now you'll be paying a maid's salary to clean the house you pay for while she sits on her ass and eats bon bons all day a decade from now.I'm just saying.
5/8/2006 11:44:52 PM
5/8/2006 11:46:33 PM
^^^ try bringing a lunch next timeyou should convince her to do the samebe like "im tryna save money so i can take you somewhere nice"and then take her somewhere nice every once in a while[Edited on May 8, 2006 at 11:51 PM. Reason : .]
5/8/2006 11:47:48 PM
This is why American relationships are so fucked up...or prenups are so common.Materialistic society where people/women can't cook.
5/8/2006 11:56:39 PM
people can cook. it just happens that both of these instances they were meeting out for lunch.
5/9/2006 12:11:02 AM
^^^ding ding dingbring lunch! you want to spend time together? fine-- then it shouldn't matter if you're eating pbj from home or quiznosget creative if you don't have money- i'm not hating on that but this who buys food situation sounds like its affecting the relationship when it shouldn'twhat an easy way to solve such a simple problemplus little picnic lunches are way more thoughtful and memorable
5/9/2006 12:33:01 AM
this is stupid.
5/9/2006 12:33:42 AM
straight guys do not do picnic lunches for their SO's. That's just isn't right.Bringing a sandwich for her is different, but girls don't sit around and think or tell their friends "Oh man, that was soo sweet that time he brought me a sandwich to eat when we didn't go out for lunch!"[Edited on May 9, 2006 at 12:41 AM. obviously you've never had a guy try to give you special attention and impress youseriously some girls have such low standards[Edited on May 9, 2006 at 12:40 AM. Reason : sdsdf]
5/9/2006 12:40:02 AM
if you have to even stop and think about how to eat/arrange food, your relationship sucks.
5/9/2006 12:40:19 AM
she's 20, thats why
5/9/2006 12:40:42 AM
Only stupid bitches think picnics are memorable. There's more to memory.
5/9/2006 12:41:32 AM
you guys are hilariousi love how people with the least experience with the opposite sex are trying to act like authorities on datingi guess we all like different thingsi like attention and i date the guys who know how to give it to me
5/9/2006 12:42:57 AM
Oh yes, I've had guys try to impress me and be sweet, but picnic's aren't even a way to do it. I'd say 3 years with someone is pretty much the experience I need to respond to this thread. Is there a rule "Must be this experienced to reply"?As far as low standards, if it takes a picnic to swoon you-that's pretty low standards.[Edited on May 9, 2006 at 12:46 AM. Reason : m]
5/9/2006 12:44:54 AM
i mean also that is your personal preference, but when I was 20 i probably thought it was stupid as a guy to do thatbut the game changes when you get a little older
5/9/2006 12:46:04 AM

5/9/2006 12:48:50 AM
aww gargs thats such old news!!doens't everyone know that this is what mcdanger is fucking now, champ?durrrrrrrrrrrr
5/9/2006 12:49:11 AM
You stupid cunt, I'm not trying to out-do you. You win nothing. If you HAD a relationship for 3.5 years, you obviously lost on something.Yes, it is all a matter of opinion, and I stated mine in saying that the picnic idea was a little dumb for people our age.
5/9/2006 12:49:39 AM
the fact that it's old doesn't make clear your record of not knowing who the fuck treats that open wound pussy of yours right.
