im too lazy to read what others said. keep a consistent routine. oh yeah and just bc you work out now dont go thinking you can eat whatever you want.also you might gain weight, muscle mass from working out. cut down on carbs, but dont rule them out ull need them to run and shit.if you get hungry eat veggies, fruits, salads (stomach filler). your stomach is going to be hurting and eventually it will get smaller.also dont drink so much beer if you do. and dont eat at weird times also stick to 3 meals a day to bring ur metabolish up.good luck most of this shit is common sense.

yogurt is awesome (lowfat), carrots w/ some lowfat creme cheese if you like are great snacks.rule of thumb: if your hungry, pick up an apple. if its not appetizing, its just your appetite talking. dont need to eat anything.
