3/31/2006 1:02:34 AM

3/31/2006 1:17:43 AM
one of my friends was sitting right by the stage.
3/31/2006 1:18:29 AM

3/31/2006 1:18:42 AM

3/31/2006 1:22:50 AM
Ben Folds knows how to tell a story.
3/31/2006 1:25:14 AM
^^^^^^I hung out afterwards because my friend (who had never seen Ben live but has been a fan for years) wanted her picture taken with him. Of course as her luck would have it, Ben was in a rush so he just signed some stuff and then left.Did anybody notice the one girl in the very front - I guess she was either just a bit tipsy or very excited but apparently somebody walked up to her and yelled at her to sit down.^^He used to do a cool drum solo where they "built" the drumset around him on stage during "Steven's Last Night in Town." That was kinda cool. The bass solo was good though.[Edited on March 31, 2006 at 1:29 AM. Reason : .]
3/31/2006 1:27:45 AM
i remember his drum soloing days. seeing them play "stevens last night in town" when i saw them in '96 is what made me really fall in love with them[Edited on March 31, 2006 at 1:32 AM. Reason : thats better]
3/31/2006 1:32:11 AM

3/31/2006 9:07:56 AM
gracie is one of his twins... if i was that other twin i'd be pissed i didn't have a song written about me. That was my first concert... it fuckin rocked. I thought his selection of older songs to play was awesome. governor's school represent, hahaha his stories are awesome
3/31/2006 9:23:20 AM
His other twin DOES have a song written about him... Still Fighting It.I saw his wife walking around in front of the stage before the show started. Pretty cool. Awesome show.

3/31/2006 1:01:19 PM

3/31/2006 1:10:17 PM
"The place I played in last night sounded like a shit hole - but it was a chapel, so I didn't want to say it sounded like shit hole. But I was torn because you're supposed to be honest and truthful in church, but I don't think they'd appreciated hearing that they sound like a shit hole....cause they did"
3/31/2006 1:51:51 PM

3/31/2006 5:34:01 PM
http://www.newsobserver.com/976/story/424758.htmlthis guy was sitting right next to me during the whole show and i'd have to say i pretty much agree with everything he writes in this review, especially the uneasy feeling of the crowd not knowing if they should sit or stand
