just to help enlighten you guys a little...nothing too special about the news posted by loneshark. Economic growth and development at the cost of some people...that is quite normal. Farmer's complaint is not enough $$ Government's complaint is not enough $$ it's quite true that businesses have to "purchase" rights to do business in China. It's very hard...but that's another topic. ...the point is...yes Chinese Fire Drill! this time for real!!
12/13/2005 12:09:45 AM

12/13/2005 12:14:35 AM
i would hate to sit through all of those advanced bju classes (at an acceptable distance away from girls) only to come out with a degree that wasnt even real

IIRC, BJU is not an accredited university. But, of course, that is part of the conspiracy against christianity.BTW, mathman, do they require membership in the KKK or is that just "highly encouraged?"

It is a university, if it so wishes it can disallow whatever it wants (assuming it is a private university). If it is a public university, then it can do whatever the state government wants.

BJU is a accredited by one organization, TRACS.Here are the other schools accredited by TRACS:http://www.chea.org/search/actionInst.asp?accredID=128;Transnational%20Association%20of%20Christian%20Colleges%20and%20Schools

^ well, as far as democracy goes, yes. Sure, most states have constitutional rules against such activities, but if they didn't then the decision to do so would be a democratic decision. Remember, "democracy" does not mean "correct decision"
