Reciever of the year = hands down Steve SmithIf I had to start a team and had to pick the 5 best WR's(not considering ego's and off-field problems or age)...1. T. Owens - total package of speed, hands, and physicality2. R. Moss - great speed, good hands, good jumping ability3. T. Holt - GREAT hands, great route running, and pretty good speed4. S. Smith - good hands, great speed, good in the open field5. C. Johnson - deep threat, good hands, big and fast WRBut if you had to take into consideration injuries, age, and off-field antics you could take away Owens and Moss, and if you had to take into account age, you could take away Holt. So if you eliminate those factors Smith would be a great choice for #1. I prefer taller WR's, but Smith gets the job done that's for sure.

more like4. S. Smith - great hands (like 6 drops all year), great speed, great in the open field (thats why WR screen is our favorite play)
1/18/2006 5:02:06 PM
and also:1. T. Owens - total package of speed, hands, and physicality, and selfishness
1/18/2006 5:03:23 PM
Hard to tell how selfish Smith is, he gets like 70% of our passes, haha.
1/18/2006 5:11:48 PM
well i do hear that lol but ive never seen smith's agent at his house dishing out dozens of "next question"s

1/18/2006 6:27:53 PM
i would switch holt and smith there
1/18/2006 6:29:07 PM
Ill be honest, i wasnt a s smith fan at all this year. I watched their playoff games, and there isnt one single guy in the NFL i would want more at wideout. that shit is bananas
1/18/2006 9:29:07 PM
I think 1 and 2 are Smith and Owens. I'd put Owens first but he's too much of a faggot off the field that Steve Smith pwnts him overall. Holt's not better than Smith in total value. no way. and I love holt.

Dez is pretty talented when he isn't pouting

VJax is great if he has a qb that can get him the ball.
