nice Q45
12/23/2005 12:17:40 AM
I kinda want this beast. What do y'all think it will go for? ~200k miles, leather seats are all fucked up, too many scratches in the paint for a 1994, and it seems like there was a little scrape on one side that might need some bondo.
1/5/2006 3:50:58 PM
at least 94 has the better engine. oh yeah be ready for 12-13mpg as well find out if it had front and rear locking diffs and not just the central.cool truck though my dad has a 9fizzle

Ah, so that thing finally came up? I spotted it sitting in the lot about 6 months ago, sent an e-mail, and got back "car is not available"Too bad I don't need a parts car. Maybe someone on the Lincoln boards does. :-/
1/17/2006 1:58:44 AM
4.6 dohcdo those have forged or cast cranks
1/17/2006 1:59:31 AM
cast. cobra motors are the only 4.6 to get a forged crank that i know of.
1/17/2006 2:12:06 AM
Yep. That one's a '94, there was no LSC option that year, so 280 HP/ 285 lb-ft. 3.07 gears. Front air suspension may have issues, or the droop may just be from sitting so long. Depending on how many miles and what kind of shape the interior is in, may be walking the line between being worth fixing up and being more useful as a parts car or drivetrain donor. Poor car.
1/17/2006 2:29:34 AM
piece of shit went for 3k..and it's not rebuildable.
1/17/2006 3:58:48 AM
the last state surplus bid sheet had a 1998 honda cbr600f3 that went for 2800ish bucks. I went to see it. Yuck. purple, lowered, extended swing arm, lots of chrome, 40k miles, rust on chain and frame, damaged rear tail light and farings. I wanna see the who bidded for it and tell them they over bidded by 2500 bucks.
1/18/2006 10:58:50 AM
people pay WAY too much for shit up there. its almost like they think since its a state auction its a great deal.
1/21/2006 12:27:24 PM
