Yea sorry, I don't know too many people that "grew out of games at 15" in here. I'm glad your somehow better than the rest of us that still enjoy games. Thanks.

Yeah, but for some reason it is hard for The Rock to pull off a bad guy.

I saw the movie last night and I thought it was ok. (thats not saying much though). One thing that i didn't like about the movie was that during the FPS scene I felt like I was on a cheap carnival ride with, but without the moving seats. Also I was glad to see the Rock die!!

"the only way the video game movie genre could ever be resurected if is they made a metal gear movie"Metroid.

I feel that when (if?) the Metroid film is made, too many people who aren't familiar with the game will think of it as a rip-off of Alien. There are lots of similarities.

I'm not sure I want to see a Metroid movie. They'd probably screw up too many of the details (ie the metroid becomes a mutanogenic virus or Ridley becomes Samus's pet dragon). Plus, it would turn into a simple matter of "who's the hot chick underneath the armor?" movie, which is entirely NOT what Metroid is about.
