He had the ACL tear last year, but the rest of his injuries have been fairly minor. It's hard to really know when Arsenal hardly ever release an actual injury report.I just don't really want Sterling though. He's not like Suarez, who was good enough to ignore all the baggage.

Think you're clouded by his last two with the ACL tear. From 08-13 he appeared in 35 games overall in all but one (30 in 09-10) and that's without always being first choice. He doesn't have a history of recurring muscle problems. At least not like guys like Ramsey do..
6/3/2015 2:28:11 PM
Fair enough, I don't watch every Arsenal game like you two.
6/3/2015 2:38:25 PM
Theo's been available to play basically since around January this year. I'm really not sure why he didn't start more games. I think if you're playing a team that's gonna just park the bus he isn't very useful, and he doesn't really do any tracking back. Also, fuck Manchester United.

I can totally see Walcott as a guy who gets signed to a club where's he's the week-in, week-out starting striker, and then flops. I'm not sure why...but I can see this happening. Also, he's at the tail-end of his career, and he likes to get injured frequently. Anyway, at best, he's sloppy seconds. I'll hold onto Sterling with his high ceiling.

Walcott is a much more proven player than Sterling. His injury issues are something else. Sterling spent half a season crying about his contract and then disappeared after it. Walcott finished the year fairly well at least and if he stays fit I can see him playing a crucial role at Arsenal. Amusingly enough it would be at the expense of Danny Welbeck.

Walcott has just turned 26. Not exactly old.

^ If you are going to troll and then constantly complain about me doing the same to you hypocrites then don't cry about it after. Its as simple as that. My last 5 or 6 posts have been serious conversations yet all I see is ribs, yourself, and aimorris trolling. So either get off your high horse and stop being a hypocrite or stop having double standards.

I could see that as well. This is his last big contract so I wouldn't really blame him for going wherever he can get the most money. He'll be useless when his speed goes. Louis Van Gaal is a fraud who was only successful last year when playing hoofball to Fellaini.

^Maybe the specialist in failure should try it too.

What did you say

Milner is a terrific signing. Can/Hendo/Milner has the potential to be a boss midfield. Get in a RB and some strikers now.

Memphis and young banging in crosses to Fellini is going to be deadly
6/5/2015 3:00:59 PM
eh. Don't expect much from Depay in year 1. I would be happy with a return of 6 goals and 8 assists from Depay. Don't expect him to get close to those numbers though. Will be a very frustrating player to watch I think. Hope to see him improve as the season goes on.

Big day for United. Academy boy with a chance to lift the European trophy. Things dreams are made of. SAF still a legend years after his retirement.
