swimming swimming swimming!! yayyy finally went to the gym this week to swim. i've only been swimming for 30 minutes a day though because when i did swim i ended up stopping due to shoulder injuries but MOSTLY because this is my first time back in the pool in like 2-3 years and pretty much my first time working out on a regular basis in over a year. but i remember now why i like swimming so so so much more than running. next goal is to get into the weight room but...gotta work myself up to that one. i'm too scurrred to go in there. also the Y offers lotsa free classes like yoga and abs workouts. i wanna do those, too. yay me yay getting in shape!

it's not a snake- it's a "shoulder horn"it puts your arms in a good position to do a rotational lift thru the shoulder (the picture shows it at the top, the other arm is at about where you would come down tooit doesn't look like much, but it is tough if you've never done it, and just doing that 2-3 times a week for a couple months, i saw my chest and shoulder strength make leaps i hadn't had since highschool
