Then fuck it, skip the class so you pass the test and ask a friend who doesn't have the test that same day if you can get the notes from them.

Only do that if you really need to pass the test. I probably skipped class about a dozen times where it ended up kicking me in the nuts later (when I was an undergrad). The benefit of skipping was kinda offset by the fact that I missed the totally useful info in that other class.
