fear and deathcoil need to be 21 point talents in oppsing trees

they also need to have diminishing returns and then share the cooldown

to those wondering why it doesnt show the character has died, a number of things could have happened. The things people previously mentioned as well as he could have had heals Queued on him, or its not completely out of the question that he survived it. The mages in the top teams in our battlegroup, some of them are over 10k HP unbuffed, without any mark or fort or blessing etc etc.

no he died in like .5 seconds, that was a instant attack, wf instant, + auto attack, i like i pissed myself a little bit, i thought that 4337 dmg attack was a MS, not a god damn victory rush
