lol. i found a cat and i don't know if it is a stray cat or someone's pet. she's very nice. but no collar. and where i live, if people have cats they let out, they usually put a collar on them because we live near a road and its a condo complex so not the most ideal place for outdoor cats. i feel bad she just tried to follow me inside. this is the second day this has happened
